Wonderful, but.... experiment with Placement!
I got these for neuropathy and they did NOT work at first with the suggested center-foot placement. Instead, I experimented and found MUCH HELP when placed on the outer-edges of the ball of foot... just under my big toe and little toe (extra wrapping around to the top of my foot). Must be a nerve-pressure-point issue (my podiatrist was amazed!). SO.... experiment with placement. Try one spot for a few hours and, if it isn't helpful... try another. For me, if I'm not wearing these, the neuropathy returns in 5-10 minutes. But when wearing them... I barely notice ANY neuro pain. Good luck!

Amazingly comfortable metatarsal
I bought other brands of metatarsal pads. I tried them out but they were too stiff or too hard on the area. Then I ran into these pads. I have been placing these in my shoes and WOW what a difference! They stay in place. They aren’t stone hard. They protect the metatarsal area with just the right amount of softness yet firmness. They can be easily removed and fit into the next pair of shoes. They don’t stick like glue to the shoe like other brands do (with adhesives). They are very comfortable and it doesn’t feel like there is a had disc in your shoe. I’m reordering so I can keep them in the pairs of shoes I normally wear. Love these pads.

Wonderful support at a great price!
These metatarsal pads are great. I put them under my thinner Spenco orthodics. Which makes them more like Spenco total support which has the pad added already. For those who need directions on placement, you can see the padded area in the total support orthodics sold by Amazon. These pads seem to do the trick at a great discount. I'm not wearing them alone so I can't say how they might move under friction. They definitely stay just where I need them underneath an additional insert and feel wonderful. Thanks.

Just enough!
These are perfect for people that need extra metatarsal support, not too much, but the correct amount of hight. They stick well but can be repositioned when needed. I like that they are clear so they don't show on the sides of sandels. My only con is that if not wearing socks, they do stick to the bottom of your foot a little, which feels odd at first. I put them in all my shoes that don't already have the metatarsal inserts!!

tools for pain
One of my many tools for getting through my warehouse job work day until I can get doctors to find a solution. I have bunions, flat feet, arthritis and I change shoes every few hours at work. Changing shoes and inserts often is so key. Took me a while to figure out that in order to relieve pain that was occurring on the top of my foot that occurs mostly where the big toe meets the rest of the foot was to get cushions for metatarsals. Wish I knew this sooner. This might be one of the things that will allow me to add another day of work to pay for all this footwear and crap I have to buy.

work fine
These stick nicely to sole of foot and do alleviate the pressure of Morton's neuroma. If they become less sticky, simply wash with soap and water and let air dry- adhesion comes back full force. I've been wearing the same one for about 3 weeks and it shows no signs of nonstickage (with washing every 3-4 days) . For those who complain that it doesn't stick - are you aware that there is a very thin plastic covering over the sticky side that needs to be removed before wearing? I will buy these again

Not thick enough
These are much thinner and smaller than hapads. They do stick well, but do not help my foot issue as much as the 1/4" felt ones I normally purchase.
