We bought two of these side tables to place next to our recliners. I am very impressed with the quality of these items for the price. I’ve purchased many pieces of laminated furniture where the laminate coating looks cheap and chips off easily. These pieces look good and do not chip.While the instructions to put them together were not particularly easy to follow, the items themselves are pretty simple design and were easy enough to figure out without good instructions.They are very stable once built, and while I usually prefer to have drawers in my side tables, the open shelves, being laddered as they are, lend to items not shifting nor falling off too easily, and easy to reach from our recliners.I would recommend these, and would absolutely purchase them again.

Outside Ikea (which isn't anywhere near us) there aren't many side tables available under $40 that aren't just a basic table. This was one of the few I found on Amazon. I was about to order the  Crown Mark Pierce Side Table, Black  when I spotted this - and since I was hoping to find one with 2 shelves instead of just one - I opted for this despite the lack of any reviews.In the end I'm happy with it. It's nothing spectacular - I like the angled "ladder" design - the angle is very subtle, but still certainly noticeable. One side if straight though so it will fit flush against a wall or furniture.It arrived very quickly - much sooner than I expected, and very well packaged. The "Red Cocoa" description is not really what I'd call it...it's black-brown (or a dark espresso color) - pretty much just like the picture shows.The assembly is as expected...but I like that there were only really 4 different parts - screws, dowels, & what I think are called cam & dowel sets (the metal dowels you screw in that has the adjoining metal bit that secures the pieces together). Meaning it's hard to use the wrong piece - like almost impossible. And the cam dowels have pre-set plastic threading you screw them into (not just a pre-drilled whole; everything has a pre-drilled hole with this). All in all I think I spent 15 minutes putting this together.It's not the most stable side table we've ever had - it will sway a bit if you push it on one side. I think this is because it has just one stabilizing piece at the top, under the table top - just one bar that connects the two side together, one the side that's not angled (if you look at the pic, just under the table top you'll see the piece running from one side to the other - this is actually in the back, I think the angle of the pic just doesn't show this too well - it's on the side with the straight legs).The one thing I really don't like is the covers for the screws. Instead of plastic nubs that you hammer in this one came with what are basically stickers...they're pretty noticeable, although in all fairness so are the plastic nubs. The stickers do at least have a veneer-like design that matches the color/design of the table...so if they're in low lighting you probably won't see them at all.All in all - a good table for the price - fits perfectly next to my sofa - and matches our dark wood (the black-brown kind) theme.

This piece fits well in my living room as an end table to my couch. Not too bulky. However, assembly was very difficult. Took almost 2 hours with taking it apart and putting it back together twice. The holes for the legs did not line up with the pegs and it took a lot of force to get it together. Probably an issue that comes with factory made items. Don't grab the top to lift otherwise it will come apart; must grab from sides.

Got this for our guest bathroom for towels and other things to have handy for guests ~ tissues, lotions, etc. It is perfect, looks fantastic. Fits our rustic theme exactly as I was hoping!

Color of look of wood is very good. Matched well with my other gray oak pieces. A little tricky putting together but not hard... just take your time. 3 shelves gives you lot of space to store things on, yet fits into a small space. All around good quality at great price.

This EndTable did not assemble worth beans as the dowel holes for the two shelves did not line up with the legs meaning we could only assemble with one dowel on each leg instead of two. Undoubtedly this diminishes the overall sturdiness/strength of the EndTable. The holes for the table top did not line up either ultimately resulting in one of the screws being forced through the top of the shelf in order for table top to rest flush on the legs. You definitely will not get your money's worth from this particular piece of "furniture".

Construction was on the easier side but a few holes weren't drilled all the way through on the table top. I was still able to construct it sturdily and the end product is great quality and looks beautiful.

This is a nice little end table for a very reasonable price. I put it together myself in about an hour. It fits perfectly at the end of a couch.
