If you REALLY want to grow with God, this is the book to get you started. Abundant giving is a major key to living the abundant life - both physical and spiritual.Read it and apply the principle. It REALLY works!

We do lots of bible studies with our small group. I really wanted to like this one. I heard good things about it, read good reviews, and then I read it and was disappointed. We also viewed the videos that accompany the lesson. They are very outdated and the information is dry. I almost nodded off. The questions were incredibly basic and there was not much depth. It didn't leave much to be discussed. The best discussion questions are those that do not have simple answers. Most of the questions in this guide had simple answers. In my opinion, this study guide would be good for an individual who wants to do some personal reflections and grow in knowledge of biblical financial management. It would be great for beginners. It does not work well as a group study. I would recommend the Blessed Life by Robert Morris for a better overall financial study for a group.

I have recently read "The Treasure Principle" (not the Bible Study edition) by Randy Alcorn and "generosity" by Gordon MacDonald. Both are excellent and worth your time and treasure but, "The Treasure Principle Bible Study" is, in my opinion, the best. Why? Because the Bible Study takes the student deep into the Word without the many explanatory stories found in both the other books. I recommend this book highly. I must warn you it will work better alongside its master, "The Treasure Principle," but it can certainly be used as a stand alone study book. This book is made for any Sunday School Class.

Took my 5 kids through this book ages 20-12. Gave them a week to read it and we discussed the principles. I reminded them that all of their college tuition was paid for because of these biblical wealth principles. We are merely stewards of Gods wealth. Give radically and account for every dollar and spend it all wisely.

Awesome book & great gift

this companion study guide was perfect with or without the book. Our Bible study group really enjoy the way the books built up to a new way of thinking about who we are in God's eyes and what we should do with the funds and time we are given.

Don't read this book if you don't want to change the way you live! Read it an take on board it's principles an you life will be blessed. A must read!
