Great accessory for a MacBook
The EKSA 10 in 1 USB-C Dock works great with a 2019 MacBook Pro 13.3. Sound, network, monitor 1920x1080 60Hz via HDMI, VGA not tested), USB-Ports, USB power delivery, card reader all work well. The USB ports are definitey USB3.0 and not USB2.0 as some other reviews say, the speed of an external HDD shows that it is faster than USB2 (and so does the system info in MacOS). Internally it is a 4-port USB3 hub, with 3 USB3.0 ports to the outside and the forth being used for the USB3-to-Ethernet bridge, plus a USB2.0 hub which connects to the Audio output and the card reader (so the card reader is limited to USB2.0 speed).Regarding durability: The first one I got died after about 2 months (weirdly enough while the computer was in standby). The seller (EKSA USA) provides warranty and immediately shipped a replacement. They provided great service: I bought the original one while I was in the US, but I am in Germany now and they even shipped it here free of charge, and I didn't have to ship the broken one back, which avoided a lot of hassle.

Works well
Product works well but seems to heat up a bit when many cables are connected and working. Good for having a usb key, charging cell phone and Internet cable. I haven’t tried to use more at the same time though. It might be alright. Thanks

Fried my dock when connected to power, HDMI && IPAD
I bought this product mainly to connect my MacBook Pro, IPAD and a display. I used it only once with all of them connected and it fried the dock making it unusable now. the dock looks sturdy though

I don't know yet
I received this adapter today. Based on all of the reviews, it works very well. I've plugged both my iPhone and iPad Pro into the USB ports to charge and the adapter is almost on fire. It is super hot and I would imagine will not be sustainable in the long run (or short run for that matter). If I plug the Type C charger directly into my MBP and then connect the EKSA 10:1 adapter it will only charge the iPhone and does not recognize the iPad Pro and I get the "Not Charging" message on the iPad. I also get the following message on my MBP:USB Accessories Disabled: Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices. I can close the message but it will keep coming back on. So as long as I put the MBP Type C charger into the EKSA first and then plug the EKSA into the MBP, it will work correctly. Though that is not necessarily a deal breaker, I think that is a pretty serious design flaw and I'm just not sure how long this is going to last.

The Swiss Army Knife of the USB-C Hub World!
I received my 10-in-1 USB Hub from EKSA today and I've been putting it through the paces. I have been looking for a hub that could satisfy all the crazy demands of my job, without having to have 3 or 4 different hubs hanging from my Thunderbolt ports. This hub replaces at least two of those USB-C devices and does so much more.At the unboxing, I was impressed by the fit and finish of the product. The weight gives me an impression of durability without packing on the heft and weighing down my already all-too-full backpack.Because it performs in so many different roles in my daily life, I can at least put away my USB 3.0 and Ethernet, my SD card reader, and my HDMI dongles; this one does it all. After putting it through the paces, from helping me program my micro controllers, reading SD cards, to even pushing HDMI to my Samsung monitor, I couldn't be more impressed. My power demands can be quite large, so I'm not going to try use all 10 ports at the same time, but as you can see in the photos I'm pushing it really hard.My USB Power Meter will be put to some good use over the next couple of days! I even brought my Kindle out so I could directly monitor how the hub performs. Thanks OneOdio, this new EKSA hub is incredible.

HDMI does not work with 3 yr old HP monitor, new Asus computer
I have a common, relatively new HP monitor and common <1 yr old Asus laptop and the HDMI port in this product was not working with these two devices. The cord and monitor definitely work and the other devices connect. Rest is functional, lightweight and great just to hook up basic peripherals but pricey for just that.

Disconnect when plugging in power
I use this item to expand capabilities of Macbook 12", which has ONE usb-c only. I need to connect RJ45 ETHErnert and VGA out basically. The two issues I noticed:The two connected accessories disconnects when plugging in the MAC power adapter, thus, loosing my LAN network link. VGA dont matter actually.Second, after plugging in power, I tried to connect my Iphone to EKSA using USB cable in order to charge my phone. The MAC computer start showing an alert complaining about the DEVICE CONSUMNING TOO MUCH POWER. Not only the alert, but also the iphone did not charge, so I had to unplug the phone, and everything went fine. After disconnecting the USB cable from my iphone, I triued to connect a pendrive, since this device did not consume too much power, it worked perfectly while using the ETHE cable, the VGA cable and MAC power supply.I only need to test my external HDD, which I didn't yet.

Stopped working after a few months... and then they sent a replacement!
After a few months of use, all I have now is something that seems to be constantly rebooting and blanking video output, made by someone that does not even answers my messages. Not good!I am updating my rating to 4 stars. After warranty expired and I had no other option but repent, I was contacted by a supplier representative that sent me a new hub. That new one is working flawlessly for a month now, so I guess they deserve a better rating. I am moving them to 4 stars but not to 5, because I reserve those to products that perform like that on the first attempt.
