Ingredients: water, sodium chloride, mucorpepsin, sodium benzoate E211 (<1%). DIRECTIONS: Dilute the necessary amount of rennet in 20 times its volume of cold, drinkable water. Add immediately to the milk and stir for 2 minutes to distribute it well. STORAGE: Store the rennet in the refrigerator upon receipt.
