and this one doesn't disappoint! When you listen through the first time
A new album from 311 is always exciting, and this one doesn't disappoint! When you listen through the first time, you could get confused on a few tracks. Some don't have a chorus, some sound unlike the 311 of old, but most of them do sound like 311, but with a harder twist.Listen with an open mind, and enjoy!

311 rules
It is definitely their best album! This is not only my opinion , it is the kind of album that i listen with all people i know, and everyone is listening to it all the time on their own, though some of them didnt like 311 before,The guitars in the chorus of "inside our home" really make my spirit feel uplifted.

This album is awesome !!. Reggae, Rock, Rap.
Best 311 album since Transistor. 17 songs on this album. All of them could be radio hits. No other band is making music like 311 sryle of rock, raggae, rap. They took their time on this album and brought back their old producer Scott Ralston. He makes 311 sound awesome. This album is definitely worth the money!

Best 311 in years!
I've been a huge fan of these guys for 20 years and as other reviews have said, this album is fire. Best album in years- love it!

I never thought that these guys could get this great. I fell off after From Chaos and forgot about them until Streolithic came along. I loved that album and have been looking forward to this for a while now. Every song is great, and they sound progressive with today's times. It's sad to see that this album might get overlooked by many, but that's their loss. I'll be playing this album 1-17 all summer long.P.S. Days of '88 feels like an ode to the days and times of my old neighborhood of Sun Valley in Omaha, NE where 311 started out. What a Trip!!!

Success, CAN'T NOBODY DO IT LIKE 311!
What great music!!! This a more mature band. They have embraced there creative juices and really made some damn good music. Honestly, at the first couple of times listening to this record I made the mistake of wanting and expecting the great 311 songs from the past. I believe it was the third listen, and I had my earbuds on while listening...BAM!!! It finally took hold of my soul! I began realizing what a SUPER record this was. This music is different, but it still has the 311 edge that we all love. I truly believe that Stereolithic and Mosaic are two albums that show the bands progression. CAN'T NOBODY DO IT LIKE 311!

More Pnut Please!
Really enjoyed this album. It seems to have gotten back to what made 311 good for all these years - some good "anthem" rock, some great chill songs, and pretty good music overall. It's great to listen to in a variety of moods, and I'm glad they're still making music. An excellent buy for long-time fans or new listeners.

but overall I feel this is a great album. Extension is the highlight
It's freaking 311. Yes, there are a couple of songs that I skip, but overall I feel this is a great album. Extension is the highlight. Perfect Mistake is jam and Too Late is the headbanger. Do you remember the roller coaster that was "Grassroots"? This album comes close.

Tempo changes and vocal stylings combine to amaze!
Love it. Just as good or better than stereolithic. I dunno if Ralston gives the boys scotch in the studio or what, but he pulls out their best performances. On “perfect mistake”, S.A. completely fooled me—thought it was Chester Bennington (RIP), no joke. That tune is a new one for lovers of “beautiful disaster”Just feel the band is having genuine fun and this music is both uplifting and infectious. Top 5 of the 311 catalog for sure. 4.5 stars!

If you want more beats for your buck...
This is a typical 311 album. Not the greatest like the blue album, but also not the worst. The first track is the best, but I’d say it’s got at least 6 decent songs and the rest are okay. I’ve followed 311 since the early 90s and have seen about 35 live shows. Rock on.

If you like music...
I love 311's music. They have once again out done themselves this album is outstanding. They ventured out and have a few different music genre's on this album but still maintained their own personal sound that makes them 311. If you have a 311 fan and have like all their previous albums it is safe to say you are going to like this one! Absolutely love it!

It's great!
Been a fan since the beginning and this album seems to be better than many of the previous. The mix of new sounds with different producers is interesting and not all bad, just different. I don't mind a band continuing to change, grow, and mature their sound. Great mix of styles as always on this one.

Keep doing what you're doing
I love it, thank you for 17 great songs. Vinyl quality is excellent, came with a poster 4x the size of the sleeve when unfolded, also comes with a code to download the digital copy which I have not done yet. Writing this review after a solid 10 listens, just at the point I know all the songs.

So, so good
I am not a 311 fan by any means (I haven't bought any of their stuff since their debut and didnt even know they were still a band) but i heard this cd playing at a music studio and bought a copy. I couldnt stop listening to it for months. Its excellent.
