For CHEVY and GMC Truck owners
This is for Chevy or GMC Truck owners. First the light is great, bright, and works at everything it says. LEDGLOW makes great stuff with very strong lights. Now for GM owners this does work but I had to buy a new trailer hitch plug that also has a 4 pin plug to it. My 2011 Silverado only has the round 7 pin plug so that's why you would need to change it. For older Chevy's they have the 4 pin plug. This is super easy to install. For the reverse light just go to autozone and ask them for "wire quick connects" and you just place both wires in and push them together. So easy and looks great and clean on the truck. Also the 60 inch one reaches from one side of the bed to the other and the 49 inch is way shorter.

Cool Safety
This is a replacement item for my Ford F-150 Truck. The one it replaced was damaged & the right side no long lite, but unfortnatly for me, the warrenty had expired. Doing additional research I found that for the money, LedGlow was still the better product out there. This new one appears to be built better with a different mounting system, & better end caps to keep the mosture out. It appears the upgrades may help this light bar hold up better. I sure hope so. I really like the look of the lights, especially at night & they are very bright. the reverse lights really brighten up the way when backing @ night. I've been rearended more than a few times in my lifetime of driving & feel that this product will hopefully alert a driver behind me to keep themselves back a safe distance when the brakes come on, or I'm turning.

not 100% functional but I like it
Bright and easy to install light. I received one that only half was working. Amazon quickly sent a replacement. I could not get the running light and the reverse to work but I did not want to call amazon again and I kept it. Brake light and turning signals are fine. Bright but elegant. they fit perfectly on my Ford F150

I’ve wanted to put this on my truck for sometime now
I like that it’s nice and bright…. but when I hooked it up the left turn side and right turn side are backwards….. I just retired from turning wrenches for 40 years and learned early on that any trailer type hookup color coded is left turn is yellow and right turn is green. So after I hooked it up I had to take it back apart and cut and solder it again

Not worth the money
When I got my new truck, I wanted to install a light bar to dress it up. I am guessing that everyone who gets a new truck feels the same way, lol. At the dealership or at after market retail shops, these light bars can cost $200.00 installed. Well, why pay that price when I can get one for around 50 bucks and screw it on myself? Some of you are thinking the same thing, that is why you are reading this review. Remember that old saying, you get what you pay for? That old adage applies here. This product is not well made. It failed me after 5 months of usage. The return policy is to return it to the manufacture within one year of failing and then THEY will make the determination whether or not to fix it or replace it. So when it fails, and it will, you will never get your money back. You will have to return it in its original packaging which is a long 5 foot tube. Most people do not keep the packaging that something came in or keep it for a week and then throw it in the trash once the product has proven it works for that week. Is the manufacturer counting on the fact that you wont return it because it is a PITA? Probably. WOW, what happened to "Stand behind your product"? So long story short, as my truck cap was being installed, I asked the service department if they could hard wire the light bar instead of having it installed via the trailer plug. "Sir, this light bar does not work", I was told. I did notice that there were times when I hit my unlock button or starting button, the bar failed to light up. After a short while, it just quit working. I ended up having another one installed at the custom conversion store along with my truck cap. I was going to return it to Amazon. That is how I found out about the return policy. So, I would have to purchase a 5 foot tube and pay for shipping back to the manufacturer. That would have been a cost of around $35 for a unit that cost me $54.99. Then either have a "fixed" unit or a new one which I would then turn around and try to sell at less of a cost than I paid for it. I would have been out money AND I would have sold a POS to someone else and that didn't sit well with me.SO, I decided to eat the cost of $54.99. I have a very nice light bar installed now!!! Yeah it cost me $212.00 instead of $50 but it is worth it!!! You already have $54.99 saved up for a light bar so my advice is to continue to put money aside and add another $157.01. It is well worth it!!!!! You are going to drill holes and screw it into your truck and either hard wire the lights or rig it so that you can plug it into your trailer hitch (which you do know that you have to unplug when you plug in your trailer) and then remove it when it stops working and deal with returning it or just chalk it up like I did. I am trying to save you that hassle, (send donations to me, lol).It is just not worth it.

No regrets purchase
The media could not be loaded. Extremely bright, can be installed in under 15 minutes. Exactly as advertised, amazing product.

Like it very much.
My wife bought this for me and I like it very much. I'm an electrician with a well equipped garage so I found the installation quick, easy and enjoyable. Rather using the plug in I ran the wires to the tail lights.

Works good but
I like the look of the light and it works well but didn’t take long to have condensation inside the strip, took a long time to come out and had to seal it with silicone to prevent it from happening a 3 time.

Light bar
Had it installed a week ago by my mechanic and was working great. Checked last night and it’s full of moisture and the left side burnt out. Not really impressed
