Favorite Wax
My car is a 2015 model (Honda Civic Si coupe) but the paint still looks showroom new after using Zymol for years. I did try one of the ceramic spray coatings but was disappointed with the results so I'm back to Zymol. Maintenance is the key (wash, clay the paint and use a quality wax). Zymol is a bit pricey but, in my opinion, well worth the asking price.

Zymol Hand Crafted Creame Wax
I have been a Zymol user for at least two decades. I've always been pleased with the results of the Zymol Cleaner Wax. I decided to try the Zymol Creame Wax as a second step following the Zymol Cleaner Wax prep. The price was a little off putting. $54?? Really? After using it however, it was easy to see that this 8oz can would last a very long time. I did a full sized SUV and you could hardly tell any was used from the can. You'll have to take my word for this, on a per wax job basis the price is not at all excessive compared to other less expensive products I have tried in the past. I go back to the Classic Wax days if anybody remembers that product.Like the Zymol Cleaner Wax it is very important that you follow the directions, doing a small 2X2 area, buffing it off using a microfiber towel within no more than a minute, preferably less. If you let either product completely dry it's a bear to buff off. That does explain the durability of the shine. The end result of this one-two punch is a depth of shine, and glass smooth finish that I have not previously experienced with just the Zymol Cleaner Wax. Yes, the recommended two-step process takes twice as long but the results are quite remarkable. This, to me, proves the old saw, you get what you pay for. As I said, I thought $54 was a bit strong for a car wax but having now used it and seen the results and how far it goes, I would buy it again in a heartbeat.I might also mention that it DOES come with an applicator. After use just throw it in the laundry and use it over and over again. Also the dome comes with a type of O-ring around its circumference to seal the can. I'm not sure why it is suggested to store it in the fridge but that's no problem for me. Probably prevents chemical separation after opening. The bottom line of the Zymol Hand Crafted Creame Wax is that it produces a brilliant shine and finish that is more durable than other common paste waxes like Meguiars, Mothers, etc. It goes on easy, and buffs off easy, as long as you follow the directions of buffing it off before letting it dry.

Best wax ever.
I have used Zymol wax for more than 25 years, it is still great. Easy on, easy off, lasts several months. Cars always look great and easy to clean.

Outstanding Product.
Great wax. All natural, so there are no nasty chemical smells, etc. Goes on super easily - like butter - and comes off like a breeze with a nice microfiber towel. I used it in conjunction with Zymol HD-cleanse, and the results have been terrific.

Expensive and I can't tell the difference
I had been using Techwax 2.0 at $10 per can. This stuff smells nicer but doesn't shine the cars any better. I suspect most of the raves come from those who didn't prep first before but preped when they used this stuff. If you wax your car twice a year most any good wax will work well, at least here in Southern California. One thing I did notice was that the car was much smoother and showed more depth where I preped it with the Zymol prep first. But where I just waxed as I have always done, I couldn't tell the difference in shine, gloss or anything else, at least visually. I don't know about protection either but it seems to me when the gravel falls off the truck ahead of you on the freeway no wax will stop the paint from chipping or window from breaking. My cars are dark metalliac red and Mitsubishi Ivory white. The paint is in good shape because I wax every 4 to 6 months.
