Good for the price
Original order was damaged but was replaced with reasonable haste and little hassle. However, the replacement didn't quite feel as nice as the original order sadly. Still a good purchase for the price.

Packaging was a little iffy? That was a shameBoth outer and inner packaging was open so product exposed, not sure who’s fault that would be ?So still giving this warm duvet a 5 as it is warm and comfy
