Not worth the money
Pliers are nice but not worth the ridiculous price. Slipped so many times, you have to find the perfect hose clamp in the perfect location for it not to slip. A traditional old school hose clamp pliers will just as well. Come on knipex $40 is where I value these pliers not $100

Locking mechanism is a must
These are amazing locking pliers. The locking mechanism makes these pliers worth every penny and will get you out of some tricky situations. Note that the locking mechanism auto-engages and therefore you cannot use these without them locking but that is what sets these apart from the rest. I have used these MANY times when no other locking pliers were able to engage the clamps(ie. ratcheting cable pliers). They have saved me so much time by bypassing removal of restricting components that easily justify the price. Certainly a specialty tool, but one that gives you relief to know that you have it when it is needed. I have owned for 2 years and would purchase again without hesitation.

Expensive, but worth it.
This is a pro level tool at a pro level price. If you used it a lot, it’s worth every penny. Much better than the tool truck equivalents for me. For a casual user probably overkill, but working at a pro level this is a buy once cry once winner.

Look no further
This tool is the bomb for removing and installing constant tension hose clamps. Very sturdy and well built. I tried a couple of different tools before I bought this and they were useless for larger radiator hose clamps on my diesel truck. Nothing else opens as wide as this tool, not even close.

Homerun by Knipex !
Really enjoy they're products ,but they are on the pricey side ! + I'm probably getting hosed by half the sellers on Amazon --- one day it's this amount of $$$, buy it, next day it's $20 dollars cheaper ! Leave something in your shopping cart for a week & you'll see what I mean !

I love all things Knipex. They have to be some of the best pliers on the market. I have replaced as many pliers as I can with Knipex. I work on aircraft so I need something strong. You can’t go wring with these. Several of my co-workers have started replacing theirs with Knipex since they have used mine. The quality is first rate. A little pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for.

Finally! A Great Solution for Pesky Hose Clamps
Works great. Perfect for those pesky hose clamps in hard to reach locations. The right tool makes such a difference when tackling a repair job.
