Great Thermometer
Good lower cost thermometer, meets our needs for refrigerator monitoring. We have bought several of these thermometers in the past. The first one we received quit working after about 6 weeks. I was unable to return to Amazon because it was outside the 30 day return window. I reached out to Cole-Parmer, manufacturer and they sent me a new one.

Great item just the alarm is a little to quiet.
This was what I was looking for but one of the big problems is the beeping/alarm is really quiet. I could not hear it over all the other noise in the room. Other then that it worked great. So if someone has a quieter room it work fine. Its very simple to use and runs off a single AA battery. So over all a great unit just to quiet for me to use.

Works Great!
We use these for work in the patient nutrition fridge in our clinics and they work pretty well. I've had no complaints, but YOU MUST KNOW THAT THEY DO HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE.

Calibration certificate date
It's a good thermometer. Disappointed that the NIST calibration was done 9 months ago. We will have to replace this unit in June 2027.

Mine couldn't display fahrenheit.
The C/F switch in the back did not work, it can only display and read in celsius.

Reliable and accurate
Our inspectors and third party auditors loved it and the certificate of calibration is part of our HACCP plan. Used in a yeast chamber, aging cellar, walk in refrigeration unit, and vending machine to monitor conditions. We andjust our temperature sensors according to this unit which saves us the headache of calibrating and certifying all of them. Would buy it again when the certification expires.

Easy to setup and use. Works great.

Ordered this thermometer and it’s good and easy to set up because it lets you read the temperature while the probe is inside the fridge, however I am very disappointed it only has one digit for the reading instead of to one decimal place like 3.5 degrees Celsius. At $100+ I thought it would be more accurate.
