Shiseido Essential Energy 1.7-ounce Moisturizing Gel Cream

I am enjoying this Shiseido moisturizing cream so giving it 3 stars, but not a full 5 stars because I had looked for and purchased the moisturizing "gel" cream, not the basic cream. I was looking for gel since it absorbs easier in my skin and makes it feel healthy and moisturized for a long time.

For years I have struggled with eczema on my face. I have tried all types of products from serums and creams- but nothing ever worked. My face crusted every time or my sensitive skin would get a rash. This gel cream is the only!! And I mean the only cream that moisturizes my face and no crust is present. My eczema is better! Highly recommend. I love how quickly it drys (little goes a long way) and love the smell! Been waiting to wrote a review until I was confident it worked and I am 6 months in with this cream and keeps working. Will not change it for the world.

I had got a sample of it from Shiseido official website before I bought this one. This product doesn’t have the same texture as the one from Shiseido. Nor do they smell exactly the same. Very disappointed. Not sure if I can still return this as I have opened it already.Yo guys, update: I thought I purchased the cream one, but this is the gel version. It’s on me.

I have been using this product for years. Good moisturizer for under makeup, not too heavy or sticky. A little goes a long way. Amazon’s price is better than department stores.

it's not greasy and it doesn't make my face shiny. My make-up looks good throughout the day.

Amazon sent me the Shiseido Cream, not the GEL! Shisiedo Moisturizing GEL goes on your face in a cooling way, as it covers your face and protects your skin.I was tired of heavy moisturizers and so I chose this product. It is a great solution.I do not like the CREAM. I'll give the cream to a friend as a gift.

Shiseido is my go to. Depends on your skin type so would recommend trying before you buy. It's good for skin that is relatively normal (not too oily or dry). I do find I need to use a more hydrating cream in winter but this works well in summer.

Pricey, arrived with quashed box and only sealed on a thin sticky strip, very thin textures but nice smell. Using it now for 4 weeks and can't see any improvenents onto my skin. Not buying it again.

Adoro shiseido da sempre, non avevo mai provato questo prodotto e me se sono innamorata. È un gel a rapido assorbimento che idrata in profondità, per la primavera/estate è ottimo, vedremo come si comporta in inverno. Consegna Amazon sempre ottima.

Habe eher eine normale bis trockene Haut, da diese eher für Misch bis Ölig ist, aber meine Haut ist sehr weich & bleibt es auch im laufe des Tages. Pickel hab ich dadurch auch weniger, da ich diese meistens durch Cremes bekam aber da dies ein Gel ist habe ich es mal getestest & es war erfolgreich! Der Duft ist sehr dezent & zu verteilen geht sie auch sehr leicht! Bin sehr zufrieden!!
