Not flat
This little tray doesn't have a flat bottom so it will spin like a top. My solution was to add 2 pieces of thin rubber, one on each end, to eliminate the problem. A simple fix for crappy manufacturing.

Way too small to hold anything on my vanity so I sent it back

I needed a very specific size and it was smaller than stated in the description. I’ll be returning it and ordering something else.
