It does a good job as an ankle strap, which is what I bought it for. It would be much more useful if it was a *little* bit longer, but it serves the advertised purpose well.

I purchased this item to use at the gym since they do not have anything to use for ankle and leg strengthening on the universal equipment. This item is very well constructed and will fit just about any size ankle. It certainly is what I expected.

this ankle strap did exactly what it was suppose to do and it is very comfortable to wear.

I have only used this maybe 15 times and the velcro is already completely fuzzy and won't stick to the rough side of the velcro anymore. It has worked well for the times I have used it, I just wish it was a little higher quality for almost $13. It works great for my use - I bring it to my gym (because we don't have any) and use it for cable kickbacks/donkey kicks. My only complaint is that the velcro wore down super fast and if you don't place it exactly front facing on your ankle, I've noticed that the side metal part digs into your ankle sometimes. For moderate use, it is a good purchase. If you are planning to use it multiple times a week, maybe save your money and invest in a more expensive pair of two instead of just the one.
