Does this come with the 2 grills as shown in the picture or just one with the tray?

Yes 2 grill shelves. Only used it once but very good gauge of steel.

Hello, do you have a set like this to fit 92cmx40cm size? I got rid of the old grill from my brick base & need a replacement of the same size to fit

The ash pan is 67x40cm, so not long enough.

Is the ash try built strongly enough so that charcoal can be burnt directly on the ash try instead of the grill?

The stainless steel doesn't corrode due to the heat, however it does expand. Burning directly on the try would likely distort it permanently.

How many bricks are required?

I used 25 lightweight blocks 200mm x 100mm x 400mm got them at local diy store also 1 x 15kg bag of ready mixed mortar, built it in a morning, blocks can be cut to size with an old handsaw. Bought some steel angle brackets to support grills fixed at height you require, gave a couple of coats of terracotta exterior paint
