This is really hard like a lacrosse ball, which is what I was looking for. It is easy to roll on and helps put my ribs/spine back in place. It is way better than the two tennis balls duct taped together that I was using before. I have used it for a couple of months now and it works great!

Feels like a deep tissue massage. Wonderful. Use it in my feet. My bottom. Thighs. Shoulders. Lower back. They are amazing. I tend to like this version better then the two separate balls, once in a while I wish I had the two separate but this is definitely my preference. I’ve had the separated once’s before. Maybe an enhancement would be to magnetize the balls together so there’s the option.

Good concept - wish the balls were larger to get into occipital region. I cannot put this on the floor and have it hit the spots I need it to. I have to place on a travel pillow or use two of the same product - in a T shape. For all of the positive reviews this got, I am not as excited about it, although we have used it for back massages with oil and my husband gets some relief from it.

This device was brought to my attention by my massage therapist. It's a perfect source of relaxation and is easy to use as you rest it at the nape of your neck to release tension.

delivery was fast. within minutes of first use, i could hear the pops & crackle. it helped release many knots.

My PT let me borrow theirs from therapy to see how it felt and I really liked it. So ordered one to have myself.

My husband says this really makes his overstretched muscle feel better.
