I was skeptical at first before taking apricot kernels in general due to the vast misinformation from various media sources on its dangers. After diligent research and ultimately being able to separate the real vs the concocted info I took the plunge and purchased this product. I started off with 3 per day and over the course of 3 months worked up to 9 per day...3 morning/3 afternoon/3 night. This dosage works for me and this brand of kernels are awesome. They are fresh and stay fresh. Thumbs up...go for it!

I am very happy that I found this product on Amazon because I have bought apricots kernels from another company in the past that I liked but they were not organic - so organic is my preference ! Also since I wAs able to combine my shipping cost , it makes this product cheaper - the kernels are bitter but not excessively and I like that - 5 kernels every day in my smoothie as a support to my body for B 17 .

I am very pleased with the quality of this product! I've bout them from another company that sold a product of such a bad quality I tossed them out to the birds!

When I placed my order, Apricot seeds were back ordered, yet I placed my order trusting the date offered. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a notice that they were shipping and arrived a few days later.I know these seem way more expensive then others,but I learnedy ears ago the difference pasteurized nuts and seeds make in at the least, taste, so I certainly felt that they were also not heat dried would make a huge difference.I like the texture of these and am assuring myself that the bitterness is good for me.In the Asian world children are given bitter more than sweet. And I want to encourage bitter in my diet to counteract the cultural dependency on sweet that I experienced. 🤣I grab a small fingerfull several times a day...and trust I am increasing my well being /health.Trust is all I have here!

I didn’t buy them earlier

I purchased the product for my parents. One of my parents has a possible form of cancer, and I hope; that this may thwart the growth of the cancer type. I like the fact, that the company softened the apricot seeds, and packed the product freshly. When all seeds are consumed, I will be ordering more... I think, offering capsules with ground up apricot seeds, might be another potentially good product.

What I should of done was do a little more research on this product , because once I did I found out that this stuff contains arsenic, I'm not trying to kill my self by taking these organic Apricot seeds, I'm just trying to find healthy things to eat but who would have thought that apricot seed have arsenic in them , it also states that they are good for preventing cancer, but chances are if you consume to many you will die from arsenic poisoning, so I just want people to read up on things before we buy. Flavor is bitter but not bad I eat 3 seeds a day. Been about 2 weeks now. I feel good makes me want to sit in the sun and soak up sun 🌞
