I like it
Pros: Looks good, feels solid, I like the padded arms, holds the guitar gently but firmly - I live on a boat!Cons: The supplied screws are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard! You'll need longer screws.

Secure & Stylish
The media could not be loaded. These are solid and secure guitar holders that will safely bear the weight of your heaviest guitar when properly affixed, and will do it with style. It's very well made, with good materials - the pin securing the guitar brace to the plinth is metal and the plinth itself is solid wood and rather gives it the appearance of a trophy rack. Do ensure that is is tightly affixed to the block however. Screws and rawlplugs adequate to the job are supplied. The rawlpugs are in fact pretty hard-core and should ensure that what they hold up stays held up!It also features impressive looking padding on the cradle, rather thicker than I've seen on similar products, affording great protection against scratches and dings . What I find particularly appealing is the automatic "locking" system that will secure the guitar in place when one rests it in the cradle, and automatically releases when you lift the guitar to remove it. You can see how this operates in the accompanying uploaded video. All in all this is a guitar cradle that is worthy of displaying your axes in style and security while allowing ease of access. And at under a tenner for a pair I'm impressed enough to have all my display guitars hung on these. p.s. For the most secure attachment, remember to align these vertically and ensure the longer side is at the bottom.

Good stand
Well I needed this cause I'm always scared of my bass taking a tumble, it makes a nice change not having to hide it away in some corner. The stand is good and solid, sturdy, not in any way rickety or cheap looking.I had to bend the sponge rubber coated arms to accommodate the shape of my jazz bass, which wasn't a problem although took a little time and force, it's actually good you can do that, don't know if the manufacturer intended that or not but it's a necessary thing when you consider not all guitars and basses are the same shape.Initially the bass had to be positioned at a precarious angle just to get it to stand, so at first I was a bit upset, but then I thought it's not made specifically to hold a j bass, or a thunderbird, or whatever guitar or instrument, so I got to work on it and now my bass fits perfectly.I've seen questions asked about whether it would hold a cello or whatever, I'd say as long as it's guitar sized and you can manipulate the arms then yes.One reason I chose this is that there IS a nice soft and squishy piece of rubber plastic to rest the back of your bass against, so no scratching your axe!All in all totally worth it, would buy again.

More than adequate as long as they are secured properly to the wall.
o1. The HangersI bought 10 [o1] of these because I was literally falling over guitars around the house. With the exception of my six-string bass (with its extremely wide neck), these hangers will hold any of my 35+ guitars and basses; acoustics and electrics with straight (e.g., Gibson-esque) and offset (e.g., Fender-esque) headstocks. These include the heaviest bass that I own and instruments with slim profile headstocks e.g., Telecasters and various other traditional acoustic instruments. Their locking mechanisms appear to be robust and overall, the hangers seem solid with absolutely no signs of movement once properly secured to the wall (see below). In summary, I currently have no issues with the hangers in terms of their design and construction (although covering the foam cladding with some smooth Velcro may be worthwhile).o2. The FixingsNeither do I have any issues with the fixing screws (and rawl plugs) provided, but I would advise caution in this respect if, like me, you are unaccustomed to securing fixtures to walls (and/or they tend to fall down after a short while). That said, after a little research, I found the screws provided to be perfectly adequate when embedded into solid wood e.g., the wooden 1.5" deep vertical supports found in the composite panels used to construct my interior, non-load bearing walls (which also don't need rawl plugs). However, if in doubt, ask somebody who is familiar with the various methods, tools and fixings required to secure your hangers to different wall types. Simply put, these hangers are more than adequate as long as they are secured properly to the wall.Footnotes[o1] Make that eight, either that or I lost two. No, there were only eight and they are all keeping my guitars nice and safe.

Nice Product - Looks Great.
I have about 18 of these in my studio. Easy to install, look fantastic - the wood color is more on point with a light cherry than what the picture shows - which is BETTER in my opinion. I love them, and I love that you can rotate them slightly as needed with instruments that might not be perfectly balanced. Works great with my heavy basses, my Les Paul's AND my acoustics.

Does what it’s supposed to
It can feel a tad wobbly but it’s great for its intended use for the price.
