My Gastroenterologist recommended this product for digestive issues when I had Food Poisoning which I got in Borneo. I travel a lot on airplanes and tours and there are always people who have colds. I easily caught colds which always turned into Bronchitis. Now, I start taking Florastor 3 days before my trip and every day during my trip and I haven't caught a cold during the 6 trips I took in the past year. Also never had any digestive issues again. It is expensive but worth it.

My GI Dr recommend Florastor. Easy to take and no adverse reaction. I take two a day as prescribed. I faithfully have been buying it from Amazon for 5 months so far. It is less expensive and will continue for many reasons for many months or years to come.

An upgrade from the regular Florastor which is a plus during flu season. It is non irritating to the stomach and works well especially with heavy meals.
