maybe my experience was bad... but i tried cleaning my teeth with this (an elderly man had told me that choona is the best for teeth and he had been using only that, and so had no cavities at all). I ordered this thinking ill do "daatun" (rub it on teeth)... every night. 1st night I did, my lips burned from the inside, and i was on liquid diet for a week. So... i wont buy this again.
