Marriages Very Strong 100% Canadian White Flour - Pack Size = 5x1.5kg

This flour is excellent and I have had several orders from this company, however my most recent order was so badly packaged that 3 of the bags had split open during transit. I was disapointed that the seller didnt address this issue as previously the order has been well packed, hopefully they will do so to prevent further problems.I received a full refund from Amazon who promptly dealt with my concerns.

Not used yet but items arrived as advised and in good condition. I am looking forward to using the flour in the near future to ideally improve my bread making , will report back when the first task is complete.

Very good flour and would definitely buy again

Brilliant bread flour! this stands out as a superior grade of flour having used quite a range, when kneading the dough you can feel its nicer to work with than just strong, that very makes a world of difference. It is similar to fine Italian pizza flour ive baked a lot with too, the loaf pictured has some wholemeal in, about a 5th the total flour. Bought in a 5 pack this was very good value. The breads texture was partially down to my kneading/ other ingredients used and came out very soft with great crust.

The best strong bread flour whatsoever I have used to handmade sourdough bread at home. Definitely recommend.

Makes beautiful bread in bread machine

I was having trouble getting my sourdough starter going, I bought this and it changed everything, I now have an active starter, I have baked several loaves, the taste is great, the quality is superior, the texture is perfect and I will be buying again as this is now my go to bread flour, excellent value for money.
