This product has worked fine. I contacted the sellers about a concern that I had and they were very quick to get back with me to address the issue.

With a few training sessions my 6 lb Yorkie understood the commands and reacted well to the collar. In only 2weeks he only needs the beeping or vibrate. Very rarely does he take off and then I can shock him quickly to get him back. Small enough receiver for his tiny neck. Remote is simple and toggles easily between the shock, vibrate, and beep. Would, definitely, buy it again.

Extremely disappointed with this collar and remote. It's poor quality, difficult to use and it comes with no instructions. I would not buy unless you are very confident in how to train with E-collar. That being said, if you are confident it probably wouldn't be one you would choose due to quality. Remote is confusing with too many options. Didn't hold charge after initial 24 + hour charge. BEST PART (beware) they do not honor the "30 day refund" policy. I asked to return and they denied my request.

Simple! Love the different options on the remote and love that I can just recharge the remote and the collar when needed. Wonderful dog collar to train your new puppy.

Great alternative to an invisible fence.

We do not even have to put it on her .she hears the sounds and obeys very quickly . This is the third one I have bought and I would buy again .
