Fit as advertized , replacement for oem motor, female spade connectors are tight fit be sure to support the board when connecting. Iem connection have a release tab you depress to remove.I removed all flanges from cage housing. Then off the motor shell, then reverse to install. It was way easyer than try8ng to reach in to unscrew the inner motor screws.

Motor is for replacement for furnace blower. Motor is an exact replacement, having the identical wire colors, lengths, connectors, and mounting holes. It was a pleasure to install the motor, not having to modify or improvise anything!

Exact replacement for Rheem. Tip if you’re losing blower strength and hear squeaking: remove end cap and add oil or grease. While I was waiting for the new one I fixed the old one pretty easily. I suppose I have a backup now.

It fit my 90plus perfect. The wires matched up, screw holes matched up, everything went perfect on the install. My furnace runs quiet now!
