Could you please give me the measurements of the machine itself (rather than the box)? That is, the space it will take up on the counter.

Can you put boiling or hot water in? This coffee is only lukewarm.

Never tried puttin hot or boiling water in, if it's not quite hot enough we just put it into the microwave for a couple of seconds

Is it normal for the filter funnel to retain alot of water after brewing a cup of coffee?

I've never experienced that problem, my experience is that it doesn't finish the brewing process until all of the water has passed through the machine ...and I've used the machine 50+ times

Auto off is described on the product as being a feature. But in the product details it has a auto off box which has the word NO. WHICH IS IT?

I had this product and was also confused, it seemed to only turn off if you let it boil very dry (ie safety only) Returned as the on off button broke immediately and it didnt have a keep warm facility got one from a well known supermarket starting with A for about the same price.
