Glad to have this
Works great, easy to use. Makes good toast and good for baking for two instead of heating up large oven. Does not take up a lot of counter space.Update: Had a problem with the crumb tray. Contacted Cruisinart, they sent me another one right away. Great customer service.

Great Oven, Prompt Replacement
I've had this oven for about 5 months and loved how easy it was to control, how well it toasted, baked and broiled, and how perfectly it fit in the space I had.A week or so ago, the toaster function stopped working correctly. I came back here and was redirected to Cuisinart's website. I inwardly rolled my eyes, thinking I was going to have trouble getting a repair or replacement since it wasnt going to be handled by Amazon. However, my experience was quite the opposite!I filled out the Cuisinart form, which just asked for basic information and only took a couple of minutes. The next day I received an email advising me that I had been approved for a replacement. I just had to cut the electrical cord to make the oven completely non-functional, and send them a picture of that. I was hesitant, because I was still using it daily, even with it not working quite right. But the replacement wouldn't be sent until they received the photo, so I did it. I figured it would take at least a couple of weeks, probably more like a month or more, before I got the new one. This morning I opened my door and was shocked to see the replacement sitting there, less than a week after I made the claim in the first place!!This is excellent customer service, and in the future when I have a choice that includes a Cuisinart product, I will always choose that one.

Quality small toaster oven with no timer!
This is an attractive, all stainless, little toaster oven that works VERY well. Perfect toast and accurate temperatures. Easy to use. The only problem is that it doesn't have a built-in timer! So, if you forget to use a separate timer you can over cook your food. I use the timer on my iPhone so that I will know when to check the oven. If you don't use a timer you can easily leave the oven on for hours. Not sure I would buy again because I like a timer that automatically shuts off the oven but I'm using the cute toaster oven and getting used to using my iPhone as a timer. This unit would definitely deserve a five star review if it had a timer!

Stylish and Functional
I love Cuisinart kitchen appliances and this is no exception. This lovely toaster oven is sleek with easy to use knobs, non-fussy with unnecessary extras, and absolutely stylish with stainless steel. It looks really lux and way more expensive than the excellent price. It's the perfect size for four slices of toast, reheats pizza evenly, broils like a dream, and surprisingly, fits a baking loaf pan. I did my research and tried different brands, but this is the best one for me. I can even attest that the ding sound (when something is done) is pleasing!

Works great, Cuisinart honored their warranty after 2 years!
Updated 1/25/2022, my toaster began to not work properly. The "bake" function would not get to the temperature that i would set it to. I also would start to hear a clicking sound after about 3 minutes into the bake function. Basically it would not get hot enough. The "toast" function still worked properly. I called Cuisinart and found out it was still covered under warranty and after a few questions they decided it was covered and sent me a brand new toaster. It took about 2 weeks to get the new toaster but it's nice to know that a company will honor there warranty. End of update.I got this toaster because my Panasonic NB-G100P-S 7.2-Quart Flash Express 1300 finally started to act up and take way too long to toast bread. I had it for 13 years and used it several times a week. This toaster heats up fast, toasts bread fast and can get hot enough to cook raw meats. The setting for toasting has 3 settings and will sound off and turn off when the timer ends. When it's on oven setting it does NOT turn off, you have to set a manual timer and manually turn it off. We really put this oven to the test when our regular wall oven stopped working for a week and so we used this toaster oven for cooking various meals. It did great cooking chicken, sausage, meatballs and casseroles. This, so far, has turned out to be a great oven. I've had this oven for 2 months now.

Purchased Mar 17, 2024, blinking light of death, Aug 9, 2024
I wish I had paid closer attention to the reviews. A few days ago, I started getting a blinking light when starting a toast. The relay would briefly energize ('click') then shut off and the blinking would begin, shutting off after a minute or so. If it didn't work the first time, no more clicks were heard on subsequent attempts. It then worked fine for a day or so but now is completely broken.Unhelpfully, nothing in the manual mentions the possibility of a blinking light. I took it apart (it's not really designed to come apart easily) and there was nothing obvious like a swollen capacitor. Best guess is a bad relay but you'd have to be pretty handy and patient to replace them (there are 3) on the board. The two circuit boards have part numbers but they don't come up on any web searches.Scrap for the landfill. I have never had a consumer device fail like this. It will be my last Cuisinart product. I suppose it's under warranty in theory (well, until I took it apart) but do I really want another one? No.

Excellent
I bought this to replace my prior Cuisinart toaster oven after discovering the heat element had warped after 10 years of use and hitting a wall in the repair process (me, I'm the wall, I got lazy). I love that this one has a different type of elements that are covered by guards and the extra space is fantastic. This model is very easy to use and doesn't hog counter space while being huge on the inside. It looks nice and is easy to clean. I have always loved toaster ovens. Until I bought my most recent home three years ago I didn't have a microwave and only used the toaster oven. Cooks better, less space, and honestly a bit comforting.
