I was so excited to find this case for my new 2018 iPad. It’s SO new that I hadn’t even finished setting it up yet. Bonus points for the fact that the case matches my iPad. I just put the case on and as it snapped in, I heard the unmistakable sound of glass splintering. My iPad screen is now cracked. Unbelievable. I am literally in tears. I will update this if I get a prompt and satisfactory response to the email I just sent to Customer Service but for now, suffice it to say that my $50 purchase ruined my $500 purchase.

All good here. I chose rose gold to match my rose-gold lPad Air. Battery life and durability seem fine, although I haven’t had it long enough to make a firm judgment.

Works great and I love the bright colors! Haven’t had to recharge the case once since it arrived in the mail!Here’s my only downside:The portion of the case that has the keyboard on it feels flimsy. If you only use the keyboard wile it is sitting on a flat surface/ desk, then this will not even matter. But if you are hoping to use the keyboard while it is sitting on your lap, I would keep looking for a better quality case. When I placed the case +iPad on my lap to type, it felt like the plastic under the keyboard was becoming warped and bent due to the shape of my legs/ the weight of the ipad.Otherwise, this was a great investment, and I am going to be using it for many years at UNI.Thanks!

After days of researching keyboards for my iPad chose this Yakbee slimline case. IT IS PERFECT. Lightweight, well balanced, and to my amazement it took less than 5 minutes to get it out of the box and functioning with my iPad!! Great for the non-techies. Set up is simple. Battery is easily and quickly charged when needed, and seems to last days. I was concerned about adding weight and size to my iPad but there is no difference from the leather protective case I had. I Keyboard is quiet and efficient. Some mentioned that the case easily showed fingerprints. Mine does not. I would most highly recommend this keyboard case. Thank you Yakbee!

I only had myYEKBEE iPad Keyboard Case for iPad2018 (6th Gen)... for a short time when the keyboard would need to be charged again. I had to charge it 3 times in just less than a month. I contacted the seller for a replacement and had one within 2 days! So far this one has been working fine. I am unable to rate the battery life but for everything else I give 5 starts because I have been very happy with my purchase. The case is very sturdy and the keyboard is easy to use, just like any keyboard. The price was a great buy as well! I am a happy customer!

I love this keyboard. It works great and is very simple to use. It also looks great. I bought it in October 2018 and it worked great except that toward the end of the first year, the battery seemed not to charge any longer. I contacted the company since I was still within the 12 month warranty. The customer service was phenomenal. They responded immediately and sent me a brand new replacement immediately. It just arrived today so I am typing this review on it. I cannot say enough good things about the product, the customer service and the fact that the company stands behind its product.

I purchased my iPad keyboard from Amazon on October 13, 2020. It came 4 days later and It was giving me issues to pair. It does not pair, the light does not go on and when a button is pressed nothing happens. I called the support team and the first person I spoked to tried everything he can to help me. He then told me to charge the keyboard for 3 hours and so I did. I tried again after the 3 hours and it still did not work. I called again and another rep told me to take a video and send it to there email. Someone responded the next day and told me to charge it with a different charger. That obviously did not work. The reps were respectful but I felt like they were giving me the run around. Very disappointed.

So far I love the lighted keyboard tablet case, my past experiences have been that they work for about 3-4 months then pieces of them die or quit working properly and the seller disappears from Amazon. I will post a different rating if I find this one to stand behind their product for a reasonable length of time (at least 1 year) The cost was very nice and the case makes me feel like I am protecting my tablet.
