Usually if I take the time to write a review, it's because I'm particularly happy with a product. In this case, it's because a product is not at all what it claimed to be. The description and images of this product are VERY misleading. It's nearly impossible to fill this with water. And the inner chamber isn't designed to keep it from just leaking to the bottom of the container. The inner compartments meant to create ice cubes are TINY. Even if I could have successfully filled this with water and gotten it to freeze, I would have the most microscopic ice cubes ever. I had hoped to get rid of the annoyance of ice cube trays. They are FAR superior to this. (Even more frustrating - after requesting a refund, instead of issuing it, the seller responding asking if they could help me with the product, and offering HALF of a refund. I prefer sellers who stand behind their products.)

The product arrived by itself, with no instructions, but I had seen a video showing how it was supposed to work, so I attempted to use it anyway. Most of the water leaked to the bottom, resulting in a large circle of ice, rather than a bunch of ice cubes. The plastic insert does not come out easily (or possibly at all because to date, it still hasn't come loose for me) and since all the water clearly leaks to the bottom, I'm having trouble figuring out what it's clinging so fervently to. Save your money. I wish I had.
