I simply had to try these suckers by Chupa Chups. I am wild about their puzzles, and some of the puzzles by PieceRelax refer to these Chupa Chups suckers. The suckers are delicious. They are not like most suckers. We all noticed they have a bit of a texture to them. Most suckers are smooth, but these have a really minute texture to them. When we came across a bubble in the sucker (just a few of them), it did't get that sharp, almost tongue cutting edge. Even when we bit into it and had those little pieces in our mouths, they don't have shape edges that threaten to cut the roof of our mouths or tongues. It seemed as if as soon as we noticed an edge, it was gone, smoothed over. I don't know what the difference in production is for their suckers compared to others, but we like it! We like the plastic sticks too. There's a hole in the top of the stick, and we thought it would be to make it whistle, but apparently not. They do, however, have some suckers, made differently than these, that the stick does make the sucker whistle, and I'll be ordering those shortly. These are flavorful throughout and very enjoyable. i buy these for my office, i am going to get the mango and strawberry one next. the strawberry one is great, but the chocolate... tastes really bad. like not just as in i don't like it, but it tastes like something is off about it. I have had chocolate lollipops before and love them, that's why I picked this one. this one is just not that great.
