Works Great as a Family Bible Study Discussion
This book has been great for my family. Although I believe this is made for younger kiddos, it has worked very well with my older sons- ages 13 and 15. This book addresses worldview, how to build a sound foundation in Christ, and helps us analyze who God is. We have had wonderful discussions. Since my kids are older, we just skip the side stories that are targeted towards a younger audience. Overall, I’m very pleased. This book has increased my own understanding of Biblical worldview and helped me identify and understand, on a deeper level, the persons of God (trinity).

Best Homeschool Bible Curriculum!
This is BY FAR the best Bible curriculum I have used for my daughter’s schooling. She’s in first grade this year, so we’ve gone through 5 curriculums so far, and nothing comes close to this. Even as an adult, I found myself learning through the lessons. This is more than just Bible stories! It teaches you how to strengthen your walk with God, and answer the tough questions. The stories are excellent, the vocabulary is perfect for a fourth grader, (or any grade in my opinion), and the pictures are vibrant! I don’t plan on switching from this curriculum in the future!

Worth every penny and more!!!
So far, this book has been a tremendous blessing for us! It’s a great Source for foundational apologetics and I can’t wait to get my hands on the others in the series. I was worried about this going over my 6 year old’s head but instead, she has shown me that she actually does think about the deep hard-hitting questions, and from that I’ve discovered that she has really held onto a wealth of knowledge. I love that I can set the pace and the level of work. We use this book for Bible class by focusing on vocabulary building, memory verses, and theological discussion/q&a time. Brilliant resource! Highly recommend.

GREAT BOOK FOR A 12-YR-OLD
My 12-year-old grandson wanted to learn about God, so my nephew (who is a minister) recommended this book (along with some others) for him - he really enjoyed this book! Great reading for his age group!

Highly recommend, great for home schoolers or families just wanting to learn more about God
Fabulous learning tool for my 10 and 12 year olds- first they read sections that I assign, and then journal their thoughts in the notebook. This allows them to learn independently, and to privately express their own thoughts on what they have learned about their relationship with God. We have had some great discussions, especially around the life stories found in each chapter. Reading and journaling assignments can proceed at pace selected by parent to best fit their child. We will finish this first book in just a little over one semester, and looking forward to the next one in the series.

We are doing this as a bible study of sorts and have found it to be a great blessing.
I purchased this curriculum for my ten year old son to go through and we are loving it. There are a lot of thought provoking questions and some really deep conversations have been started because of this. We are doing this as a bible study of sorts and have found it to be a great blessing.

Love this book!
We are only on lesson 2 but already love this book for my 6 (girl) and 9 (boy) year olds. I bought the journal and coloring book. They love to color while I listen. I use the journal to ask questions out loud but there are also thought provoking questions in the text. For younger I think you can get away with just the text and the coloring book. We have tried many devotionals and this by far is my favorite so far that suits both girls and boys. The content stretches their thinking without being over their heads or too elementary. I highly recommend this book for elementary on up.

Great series
As usual Apologia is incredible. I like this series better than the science books even. I bought the audio download on Audible for a 1 credit and I like not having to read aloud. It's just as wordy as the science books. My 10 and 12 yr olds enjoy listening and reading along. I did not buy the notebook. Did not see the necessity of it. They can write in a spiral notebook just as well.
