I recently began experiencing nocturnal enuresis. It doesn't happen every night but it does happen. I have tried a lot of different brands and nothing worked. Until now. The best protection I have found. They hold A LOT. Best part is no leaks. I now wake up with the bed dry. I love that the tapes have second chance tapes. Didn't get the fit right the first time? Just peel off the blue piece and you are left with a second tape to get the fit right. Now this has become my ultimate go to brand. They are expensive though. After tax 107 dollars and some change for 4 cases of 15 xl briefs for a total of 60 briefs. That being said, you know the old adage, you get what you pay for. The best functioning night time protection I have found. If that is what you are looking for, look no further. These are it. Also they are plastic backed but the plastic is super soft and the briefs are very soft and comfortable to wear. They can be hot though, so make sure to use johnson and johnson baby powder to absorb sweat and the like. Also, they are on the bulky side and do swell up quite a bit and crinkle a little. So I don't know how well they would conceal under clothes for daytime use without going unnoticed by others. However, I don't need it for that. So, I'm not too worried about it. I definitely will now only get this brand. Thank you to the makers for such an excellent product.

I have heavy urinary/bowel incontinence. I use diapers full time to manage my toileting needs. Usually, I buy a less expensive brand, but I sometimes wear more premium diapers. The Betterdry are amazing! They absorb heavy wettings with ease and keep me dry day and night. They have tall leakguards to contain once daily BMs. Most importantly, they are very comfortable to wear, which is important since I'm in them all day, every day. Three diapers in 24 hours manages my bladder/bowel output. I feel dry, confident and secure wearing Betterdry!

Does not leek, Excellent overnight protection for my son. Good diaper for children with disabilities.

It would be difficult to beat the value you get with this. They allow for extended wearing without a lot of changes and can even be used overnight. They come close but don’t exactly fit my body shape perfectly and sometimes odor does escape. Overall, I do recommend this product.

I’ve struggled with incontinence for years and tried so many products and I can say that these are the best. These diapers are plastic backed which I highly recommend over cloth backed for sleeping. At first I was skeptical of trying a plastic backed diaper but the plastic they use is soft and very comfortable to sleep in. I’ve tried many cloth backed diapers but I move around in my sleep and the cloth material is always loose (and sometimes leaking) by the time I wake up. I’ve never once leaked with betterdry. The cost is a little high compared to store brands but I can’t put a price on not having to wake my wife up in the middle of the night because the bed is wet again.

These are the best disposable adult diapers i have found and I feel like I've tried them all. Especially for side sleepers like myself, lots of coverage in the front and sides. Rarely leaks and when they do it's never a large amount. The cut and fit are perfect. No extra material anywhere. Super tall leak guards that run front to back. Not the greatest wetness indicator, being an all white diaper it's not always easy to tell when a change is needed from just looking at it, if I had to find a flaw that would be it. Not a deal breaker for someone who manages their own needs, especially considering the high absorbency, but it's something for a caregiver to keep in mind. Scheduling changes every 8-10 hours seems to work best. Incontinence can take over your life if you let it. Not when wearing these though, these have got you covered.

Being an abdl I’ve tried numerous models and brands such as abu, forsite, megamax etc and betterdry are my absolute favorite at the moment! The wicking is unparalleled, these swell up so much! I struggle with weight loss and am fairly big, however I find that medium fits just fine, perhaps the best sized medium around, and the tapes absolutely deliver as well! I bathed in one last night and the tapes held the entire time. The feel of the fabric as it is is absolutely amazing, comfortable enough that you may even forget you’re even wearing. Cannot recommend these enough, whether you’re IC or abdl, this will surely be one of your favorites as well. Not to mention northshore throws in a megamax sample pack and wipes, a very generous gift.I bought 4 packs and am not a daily wearer as I don’t wear for medical needs so these will easily last me most of the year especially with the addition of a case of eternadry stuffers I bought. Thank you Amazon and northshore for making these readily available and I will be ordering them again at the next possible opportunity! Anyone else reading this, absolutely give these a try if you haven’t! I would buy these by the thousands if I could afford it lol
