Great taste - gastric distress
Great taste, delivered on time. This tastes just like sugar. I put it in my coffee - 1-1 ratio for cane sugar. Taste is the same, but no calories. It is a bit pricey, but if it works to help me get healthier - then it's worth it.6/18/18 update - after using this product for a couple of months, off and on, I realized this causes gastric issues. I have only used it in my coffee (not in cooking). It causes diarrhea and gastric discomfort for me. I have noticed others are saying the same thing. I am both gluten and lactose intolerant, so my digestive system is more sensitive than some. I would suggest using this product sparingly until you find out if you have any problems with it.

Absolute best sugar substitute on the market
There are numerous very good sugar alternatives, but BochaSweet is the bets and the ONLY sweetener which so closely approximates cane sugar that I can't detect a difference. Moreover there is no compromises as there are no GI effects (unlike sugar alcohols) and the zero glycemic index is perfect for diabetics or those with insulin resistance. The cost is high but worth it.Allulose is also quite good but even the "granular" preparations are actually powder. Lakato's Golden sweetener (monk fruit and erythritol blend) is also excellent, with a slight brown sugar taste.

Pricey, but tastes great.
I love this sweetener. It has a lighter sweetness (maybe a tiny hint of fruitiness), but works great at a 1 to 1 replacement for regular sugar. There's no 'cooling effect' like erythitol, bitterness, or funky flavor like some other sweeteners. It is kinda pricey, so I usually do a mix of sweeteners when baking. It's important to know that this is xylitol which is poisonous to dogs.

No aftertaste!
I've tried every alternative sweetener I could find. I have found a couple that I don't hate which was enough to keep me on this ketogenic journey. I found mention of Bocha Sweet from All Day I Dream About Food's blog and brushed it off several times before finally biting the bullet and trying it. It's so expensive, but it has absolutely no aftertaste. I will use my 3 lbs sparingly so as to not have to reorder very often, but I will keep this on rotation when making frostings and other goodies that I need to have no aftertaste or funny taste. It's a keeper! Also, I haven't noticed any stomach issues with this like I tend to get with other sweeteners.

Very good, but too pricey
It’s pretty good. I don’t sweeten my coffee normally, but I wanted to test it since I know a lot of people complain that sugar substitutes are never good in coffee. It is definitely better than any sugar substitute that I’ve tasted, including my previously favorite Swerve. However, at its price I would never bake with it.

Seriously the best sugar substitute!
Best sugar substitute out there. Literally tastes just like sugar. I use it in baked goods, hot and cold drinks. It takes around 5 mins to fully dissolve in cold liquid. My friends have tried it and are won over. There is no glucose blood sugar spike for me although my husband says he has a small one.Big Con: Ridiculously high cost. But worth trying.

The best we've found
This tastes and performs the most like white cane sugar of any product we've tried. The taste is indistinguishable from cane sugar to us. Other than not being able to caramelize, it performs the same as cane sugar in recipes. We don't use it in sugar-heavy recipes like cakes because it is expensive, but in homemade ice cream, cheesecake, fruit crisps, and such items it works perfectly.

This is useable just like sugar
You use it just like sugar, and it doesn't appear to elevate blood sugar levels. I'm diabetic. Not fond of the bitter aftertaste to stevia, no matter how much I (don't) use, sugar alcohols like erythritol aren't good for you, xylitol is a sugar alcohol but it messes with your digestion, despite being good for your teeth. Monkfruit is just like stevia, ....So I have had problems with any recipe calling for sugar or sugar substitute. Then I found BochaSweet. You use it JUST like sugar, even the amounts. I rarely use sugar, but when I start baking keto friendly recipes I'd like to use something, and this totally fits the bill. The only thing is it is expensive. But again, don't use it much anyway.
