Moms were scared at the very beginning, but once figured it’s safe and sturdy, most of us did better than doing sit-up flat. Myself especially loved it. I sit by computer most of the day. Since I moved the bentch to my home office, I enjoyed doing sit-ups on it whenever I was taking short breaks. I really looking forward to see how my abs will look like in a month. Have to mention o this equipment doesn’t use a lot space at all, well designed, sturdy but not heavy,easy to move around.Highly recommended to teenagers, college students,moms and whoever sit a lot.

This bench is suitable for every one in our family so we use it every day. The price is a steal. It only took 2 day to arrive our home and was packed firmly.

Unlike many Amazon purchases -- there were No Disappointing Surprises here. Near as I can tell this bench really is made of a strong "steel" material. A torrent of Amazon products falsely claim they are made of "sturdy steel" material when they are not -- they are made of junk-caliber tin or aluminum -- the exact opposite of their claims.But this bench appears to be a real sturdy steel, and the over-all construction is quite sturdy. Frankly, I was quite surprised -- I've had so many "bad surprises" with Amazon purchases. One of those somewhat rare Amazon circumstances where the 'claims' and descriptions of the seller are all accurate.When the pkg first arrived I was extremely concerned because the box seemed so small and light. I was convinced I'd been sucker-punched once again by yet another set of false Amazon product claims and descriptions. But not this time. I got my money's worth. Remarkably light-weight, yet definitely strong; very simple and easy to assemble -- although the instructions are brain-dead. Easier just to figure it out on your own than following the instructions. It took me about 20 minutes to put it together. Strongly recommend you do NOT use the bungee cord attachment. They are dangerous. Many people have had an eye put out by bungee cord exercise straps that broke.The only disappointment here is that I wish it was much easier to collapse the bench for storage. It's not terribly complicated -- but not as simple as I would have liked. You need to use the supplied wrenches to remove the bolt that holds the elevator shaft to the bench board. It's not too involved. They even thought to provide two identical wrenches -- both of which are necessary while tightening that bolt.This was a good buy for me -- and unlike most of the other Amazon-listed sit-up benches, this one is 'adjustable' -- which is important -- to accommodate different strength levels. I'm in bad physical condition, so I need a nearly level sit-up configuration the start with. As I gain abdominal strength I can continue to increase the elevation.

It's something to get going for myself on a budget. It's a little flimsy and out of balance but i do like how it's curved so i get that stretch when doing sit ups. It's also good for inclined and declined dumbbell press. I do have to be careful because if i put too much weight on one side it will break the cushion off the single pole it's screwed on too. I think it would be more solid if it was screwed onto two poles instead of one. But as you know there's no excuses for being lazy. Just use what you got and make the best of your workouts.

Very amazing Relife declined bench it's all that as described and very easy to put together in about 10 minutes. Targets the abs very well compared to all other ab exercises including cable crunches. The bench is very sturdy and strong it's very light weight to move around. You will know it's working because you will feel your abs burning plus it target the lower back so you can work it out and it has some amazing elastic cable curls and push up station. After moving from a major city where I was at the gym five days a week to a rural environment where getting the mail is exercise -- well, I started to get a bit rotund.The machine arrived very well packed and devoid of damage. I was very happy to see that the required assembly involved a small number of parts, a good set of instructions and the necessary tools to complete the process.I started with ten setups a day for the first three days and after a week, I'm up to forty a day. Yes, it's not so easy when your out of shape, but after a week I can feel results - have already lost that "jelly belly" feeling when walking. My guesses that in two months I will have a flat stomach once again and I have every confidence that the machine will last and be problem free.If you're a guy who's had a few too many beers and it shows, forget those $400 a month TV diet pans. Get yourself on of these machines and stop consuming what you know is causing the problem in the first place - I think you'll be happy with the results.

The padding is soft and firm. I use it every day, it is stronger than the expected. The assemble instructions was much clear than i have ever seen. The thicken foam protect my legs, minimize the fatigue and increase the friction. Everything is fine. The exercise bench meets my needs. I and my husband love it. Thanks.
