Muesli
For anyone wondering what this is like, it's basically muesli with some very small shredded wheat biscuits in it. Seems to be high quality. Tastes pretty good if you like muesli and know what you are getting. Very dense, a big bowl is not what you want.

Yummy
Delish! I prefer a shake or oatmeal with lots of fruit in my WholeFoodPlantBased life but this is good when I am in a rush.

Barely edible
I'm used to other health food store brand cereals and I realized this was not going to taste sweet, but had no idea it would be just like eating raw oats. I assumed it had been processed in some way like granola but it tastes just like it came from the ground. I appreciate the health aspect and I forced myself to eat the first small bowl of it. Next day I through it out in the trash and went back to Nature's Path brand cereals.
