Luggage Sets Spinner Hard Shell Suitcase-3 Piece(20" 24" 28") (BLUE-@)

First off: I must say something positive about the people at Lemoone Luggage... Their customer service is EXCELLENT. And they stand behind their products. We were able get our issues resolved with them directly even a little bit after the AMAZON open return window had passed. This particular model of case though, is not the best -- it is a lightweight economy model. Several Members of my family purchased this model of luggage in different colors. The cases seem okay when you get them, although they are somewhat flimsy. They probably would be great for domestic travel in your personal vehicle; but the real test is taking them on an airline. We took a trip to the Middle East from the USA with a stop-over in EUROPE. Three different sets of this luggage had a common issue: THE ZIPPERS BROKE OPEN DURING USE. If you buy these cases, you will need to strap them closed from both directions. Which essentially means that you'll have to buy luggage belts to reinforce this set-up; we believe that this will do the trick. If the zipper pops open, you can unzip them without too much trouble, and then you can reset the zipper in order to re-zip them once again; however the issue seems persistent. Finally, one of the cases had a wheel cave-in that caused the case to wobble and lose balance. These are definitely LIGHT WEIGHT CASES. Nevertheless, they would be perfect for the right application...

Bought two sets. Took on 18 day trip through 3 USA States 2 Canadian Provinces and all over Japan. Moved every two days up and down lots of stairs, in trains, airplanes, subways and buses. My set held up nicely. Only few scratches. 12 year old daughters had one wheel break about half way through trip then completly off last trek home. Largest Suit cases were loaded to the max with 4 double weave GI’s, cloths and books. Simply too heavy for daughter to lift up and down three flights of stairs so she dragged. Overall these cases held up nicely. I was questioning the durability of the zippers yet ended up not having any issues. When zipping and unzipping I found it easier if I lifted the top side at the wheel or handle. This seemed to align zipper for a smoother movement. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

I loved the way it looked and seemed durable. I got my luggage off the carousels and the front zipper was ripped completely off and the bottom of the front flap was ripped open. I don’t know if this was poor quality or abuse by the airlines. However when the seller saw I was unhappy with my purchase they contacted me and made arrangements to replace my case immediately for me. I’ll be traveling again in a few weeks with all 3 of the cases so i am hoping I will have a much better experience and I will return with all 3 in good condition.

The luggage looks very good, but the dimensions listed in the image are not correct for the smallest bag. This is important to me because when you travel internationally depending on their mood, or if they have one of those size cages, if your bag won't fit, they'll charge you an extra $100+. The actual dimensions are 22.75 x 14.25 x 9.1. I read through all the reviews (on these and other sets) before I decided on this set because it was within the limits and no one had said otherwise. Hoping this helps any other international traveler looking for the same info. PS- this is usually not problem on domestic airlines.

I just came back from my cancun, mexico trip and they threw my bag in the airport and it took some scratches. 2 times the zipper split but nothing fell out because of the lock but i just unzipped it and zipped it back and it fix the problem. I like that it has a TSA lock on the side. You can put any passcode you want. Also great when you are not using them and they can stack inside one another.

The luggage is beautiful, spacey and it's easy to roll around any surface. The only problem I saw with it was that the color scratches off fairly easily, so there'll be scratches everywhere if it's not handled with care. Also, the suitcase came locked, it had no key at all and the pre set password did not open it if I did not have the key. I had to pick the lock in order for it to open. If the luggage requires a key, I think there should be a key included somewhere.

Bought this set for granddaughter to use for trip to Disneyworld, 1 of the pieces did not even make round trip, and showed up at Hotel with giant dent and rip in 1 of the corners of luggage. Got home from trip and packed away, and forgot to reach out to customer service, older daughter dug out to use on trip to Mexico and it didn't even make it from her apartment to our home, she heard the zipper rip in backseat of car, so this set has become more like a disposable set of luggage! HUGE waste of time purchasing and dealing with the issues, not to mention waste of money!

I purchased this luggage in 2018 for a cruise. The first time I used it, the largest piece split in the front lining when the cruise line was loading it on the ship. I used the luggage for the second time in 2019 for a trip to England. This time, the middle piece's zipper was pulled off/ripped while being loaded on the plane. This luggage set is not durable at all. It is very roomy luggage, therefore it was never overfilled. It is just very poorly made to withstand using on trips (cruises/flights).
