Richard Scarry's Lowly Worm Word Book (A Chunky Book)

This was my daughter's favorite board book and I made sure it was the first book my granddaughter received. It is small, so babyies and toddlers can grab it easily. My daughter used to "read" the book to her stuffed animals. The pictures are colorful and humorous, with simple words beneath them. My daughter fell in love with Lowly Worm and I am sure her daughter will, too!

I grew up reading Richard Scarry so I searched for his books for my daughter. She loved the book, it's really small so that probably has a lot to do with it, but also has slot of great pictures and words to read together and point out individual objects.

I bought this book for my grandson, who is just learning to talk and associate words and things.I like these little chunky books because they fit so well in a small child's hands. He can hold it, turn the pages and enjoy the pictures and words by himself as well as with others.I would recommend this Richard Scarry book, and I hope they continue to make it available for children for years to come.

My son loves Richard Scarry books, so I was happy to get him this one. It is very nice. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was its size. It is much smaller than I was expecting. Other than that, it's perfect.

Small but….Perfect book to stick in a diaper bag or a pocket.

Não é um livro de história. É um livro de palavras soltas com suas imagens. O que achei mais legal é o tamanho. Ele é bem pequenininho e leve, sendo fácil de carregar pelas crianças.

Este libro es muy pequeño, pero tiene muchas ilustraciones muy bonitas en el típico estilo de Richard Scarry que hizo muchos libros increíbles para niños. Lo recomiendo para un primer acercamiento al inglés. Está hecho de pasta de cartón, así que es apto para cualquier bebé.

Lovely book for my 18 month old Grandson. Size ideal for small hands, easy to turn chunky pages with beautiful, colourful, illustrations and a simple, easy to follow, storyline.
