High quality!
This has been one of the most popular books in my classroom library since I purchased it! The photos and text are just so well-done! I am most grateful that you all had this quality of a book available!

Great book for my 8 year old's research project!
My 8 year old son loved this book. Everyday he was presenting another interesting fact to me. He was able to complete his 3rd grade research project on Lemurs with this book alone.

A text book for older children - not fun for a 5 year old
We read lots and lots of usbourne and national geographic books with my 5 year old but they don’t have any lemurs. This is not organised by species or habitat but is about lemurs as a whole. It’s more of a text book than a story & I constantly have to read ahead & filter the language “strepsirrhini (prosimians) is a suborder or primates. The suborder includes.....”. It’s a good book well written and full of information that would be good in a school. In the national geographic books you can read the head lines to the 2 year old, boxes to the 5 year old and the full text to a 7+ year old. This is mostly full text with occasional boxes.

Enjoyed by 8 year old Lemur enthusiast
This softback book was slightly smaller/flimsier than I had envisaged, but it was very well received by my grandaughter (just turned 8) who discovered a passion for Lemurs on a recent trip to a safari park. She enjoys facts about her interests, and it kept her absorbed for some time, and so overall I’m very pleased with my purchase.
