Second time of buying this, the whole family really enjoy the flavour. Have used it mainly for cooking pulled pork and for marinading chicken which I then use in stir fries. Mixed with honey it really brings a zing to roast vegetables too. Next on the agenda is to try it in a pasta sauce. It is a very thick paste but is easy to thin with either water, honey or soy sauce and has a delicious sweet, spicy and very moorish flavour. Once opened it keeps in the fridge very well. A very versatile product that has so many uses and I am so glad I tried it. Wouldn't be without now. Quick delivery and a good price. Highly recommend.

It’s very hot and spicy. This paste has a delicious flavour, but if you’re like me, and can find chillies a bit too hot sometimes, just use half what the recipe says

È la seconda volta che lo compro, la prima in formato più piccolo per paura non piacesse. È diventata la mia salsa preferita, quasi come una droga! È piccante abbastanza , va dosata con attenzione se è la prima volta che la assaggiata. Se mischiata ad altri condimenti, come salsa di soia o salsa di ostriche è spettacolare! Insomma sperimentate vari piatti coreani con questa salsa non ve né pentirete!
