It works. I was feeling some symptoms from a keto diet like fast heart beats and heart pounding cause i wasn't getting enough electrolytes maybe? I was in a bit if a panic and wasn't feeling too well. But either way after I took the supplement the feelings subsided instantly and after a few days it was practically back to normal. I now take it once a day before bed it tends to make me a bit relaxed.

So far this product has worked for me. I use it as a supplement to help with my leg cramps and overall it seems to work. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s suggested to take with food. I also only take it once a day and not every day.

I have only had this product for a short time so I cannot say too much about results. I do however, like that these pills are easy to swallow. There is also no odd after taste like some supplements do.

I have been taking these along with the Keto Diet. I was having trouble achieving Ketosis. I began taking these and a day later I was in Ketosis. Thank You.

I have taken quite a few of these but this one is by far the best . I take them through out the day and don’t get leg cramps and generally feel better through out the day. For the price these are the best quality better then more expensive ones I think.

I am on a ketogenic diet and this product has helped me greatly reduce my symptoms of "keto flu". This product does exactly what it says. Prevents cramping. Higher salt content, a couple more electrolytes, and they don't make me gag like the thermo-tabs to. Will continue to repurchase these. They are well worth it.

Good ingredients. No sugar or sugar substitutes. The magnesium is chelated with amino acids for better absorption. Excellent for those of us who need electrolyte replacement. Not needed by most people. If you don't want to take a capsule, break the capsule into a drink.

Really helps with the first few days keto flu and headaches gone!
