Had these for a couple of years now and I still find them comfortable. They fit in and won't fall out when I shake my head, but it's not super snug either, which might not be enough for some people. I've fallen asleep with them in and my ears weren't sore in the morning--I've fallen asleep with other earbuds and I would pull them out in my sleep because they started to hurt. The cord is still in good shape, but it is a bit flimsy feeling, so you can't go yanking on them. Clean up is easy with some rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip, but if you're cleaning your ears regularly, it's probably not something you need to do that often.The sound isn't great, but for falling asleep purposes, I don't want or need the sound to be loud or super clear because I'm trying to fall asleep. It's decent, but not great. Whether that's the fault of the speaker strength or the ability for the silicone to seal up my ear canal well enough, I don't know; they aren't a super tight fit, so it could be both. Again, I got these for comfort while sleeping, not a mind-blowing eargasm experience.As for keeping out other sound, I would say they are only kinda-sorta okay at doing so. If you're getting these to block out loud snoring, loud neighbors, or loud traffic noises, I would say look elsewhere--these won't do it. Softer noises get blocked, but not very well. If I were in that situation, I would rather wear full blown earplugs and forget the music aspect altogether. I got these so I could fall asleep to something soothing and not have aching ears in the morning.

These ear buds are nothing like they advertised.. they are cheap made, do nothing for the noise, they won't fit properly, and are not soft! After getting these in and trying them I went to the Dollar Store and picked up a $2 pair and they were much better than these.. definitely not happy with this purchase!

I got these to replace a pair of Maxrock earbuds that finally died on me. They looked to be the same size and a better build quality so I thought I’d give them a try.They are not the same size, at least according to my ears. There is some definite pressure when wearing them which wasn’t present with the Maxrock’s. When sleeping on my side I am keenly aware of how much they press, uncomfortably so, into my ear.The sound is ok but not enough to use them as normal day to day ear buds. They’re just too uncomfortable. The best o can tell is the hard plastic core has a ring that extends out wider than the rest, perhaps for the silicone/rubber cover to attach to. Whatever that ring is for, it’s just big enough that when the earbuds are seated properly in my ear for more than 10 minutes they begin to get painful.I’ll probably try Maxrock’s again even though recent reviews say they’ve been redesigned a bit and have a cheaper build quality.I just need a comfortable set of earbuds that have decent sound and are comfortable enough that they won’t keep me awake with ear pain.That or maybe an ear canal stretcher maybe.

Most of the bud seems to be made of silicone rubber, with very little hard plastic compared to other earbuds. The eartips are not interchangeable so they may not fit everyone's ear anatomy. I find that if I pull the flap of my ear straight out, the canal widens and I can get an even deeper fit by moving my jaw while I push them in. Overall I am very pleased with these buds and will be ordering a second pair.

I sleep with earphones in. These are fairly comfortable, I am now on my second pair. The first pair lasted 9 months, which is a wonderfully long time for sleeping ear buds. They have lasted longer than any other sleeping headphones I have ever purchased. Very pleased with these. So pleased when the first pair broke, I bought a second pair.

The right headphones for side sleepersThese headphones are exactly what I needed. I was looking for headphones that could block out sound while I slept. These are perfect for that! The earplug is very soft and pliable and very small. The sound components are fully encased in the soft but durable silicon covering and are small enough to fit comfortably in any ear. I sleep on side and am really glad to find earbuds that will be comfortable for that.

I am very happy with these ear buds for sleeping. I wish I knew about these long ago! They are delicate like other ear buds I've had but have held up well, so far, after using them every night for a few months.

These are so much more comfortable than regular earbuds while lying down. I fall asleep with them in all the time. Sound is just fine, comparable to other "cheap" earbuds. They definitely do the trick.
