Lovely Glacéd Fruits
After reading some of the reviews I was in two minds whether to order them. I am so pleased I did, they arrived quickly, were well packaged, well presented and they looked really appetising. I gave them as a Christmas present and they were very well received. After a couple of days I realised I hadn’t taken a photo for this review …… unfortunately most of them had been eaten, what better recommended could you ask for?

Very sweet but enjoyable
Have not had glace fruits for many years so wanted to try these. Not quite as I remember them being a bit stickier but, nevertheless, I enjoyed them. Very sweet and moreish.

Always sticky to handle but so worth it
Wonderful selection of glace fruits which enhance a Dundee cake, I made 10 for family here and there, augmented with fruits from my pantry

Hard, Wet and Tasteless
Hard, very wet and tasteless. Do not buy this product, the pear in particular was so hard it ended up in the bin which to be honest is where the whole lot belongs.

After receiving the large box of crystalized fruit for Christmas (which were in excellent condition) The Amazon van which delivered the small bow must have been very hot, because the friut glaze was smeared all over the clear plastic? of the top box. However the fruit itself was the usual expected top quality. So no reflection on the vendor, it wasn't their fault but the delivery van's. I will definitely buy more of the same in the future, so thank-you Walnut Tree for such a lovely product
