Not Essential, But Makes a Big Difference
The PBP PipeLagger Pro kit isn’t strictly necessary, but the difference it makes when used is remarkable. Cuts and mitres are much cleaner, and it really makes your work stand out compared to those who don’t use it. Definitely a quality tool for a professional finish.

Precise banged on angles
Bought these to tidy up the lagging in cylinder cupboards for New Build Installations. However these will come into there own with the move to ASHP. The lagging on the external Primaries from the Heat Pumps has to be nailed on otherwise you are losing heat. This kit ensures great cuts and angles which can be glued/sealed together to ensure continuous Thermal insulation and no heat loss. Miles better than and old joiners saw and guessing the angles. 45 is 45 not 38.5 and a bit of a gap covered with gaffer tape

Picture perfect lagging
Always wanted those perfect mitered lagging on my pipe work and now i have thanks to this easy to use well made bit of kit, it cuts sharply easy to use and helps get he job done quickly, there is also a handy sharpening tool

Good results
Sturdy stuff. Provides good results if used carefully. The edge by the sharpener included is a little on the rough side, but it’s ok for lagging, I just rub it over with a diamond board to take the rough edges off. Very happy though.

I was excited to get this since I do a lot of insulating my pipes and found this cool tool... The only problem I have with this is that it came with defective manufacturing cracks on the plastic where the bolts go thru. It sucked And I didn't want to go through the hassle because I needed it for a job. My cuts came out perfect and beautiful. the product is awesome.
