Turtle FurBang Band Ear Warmer Chelonia 150 Fleece Headband

This Turtle Fur headband is soft and warm, fits a size 7 1/4 head comfortably, is well-shaped for the ears, and is a nice shade of visible orange. I bought it for walking outside during hunting season, but I didn’t want to skimp on quality or fit. I’m also glad it’s not the color of a construction site! I have the same headband in a color that matches my quieter classic country wear. They wash up and wear well.

I have 3 of these Turtle brand headbands. They are designed narrower in front to fit under bangs. They are so soft, thick enough to keep your ears warm, well made and are really comfortable. I live in the northeast, walk dogs several times a day, all year round unless it's too hot or too cold for them. I wear these headbands daily when the temps are low. 5 stars!

I ordered two headbands at the same time, the turtle fur Classic fleece and one from China, which was a few dollars cheaper. I have a small head, and was hedging my bets that one of them would fit. Sure enough, the headband from China fit fine, but the turtle fur was quite a bit loose. So I sewed a big seam up the back of the turtle fur, and now it fits. I have to admit that both headbands are about the same thickness of fleece and the same amount of warmth and ear coverage. I would have thought that the turtle fur would have been warmer, but honestly, both headbands are equal. I wore the turtle fur today in about 25° weather under a balaclava, and it kept my ears reasonably warm. It’s probably not as warm as earmuffs, but it’s certainly more comfortable to wear. I ordered it in the navy color. It’s a nice product for the price, just be aware that it does run large and that the comparable product from China runs small.

I LOVE this headband! I cycle almost daily. Through the cold winter mornings, this headband has been perfect for keeping my head and ears warm under my helmet! It is so warm and cozy.My head is on the small side (size 7 hat), and this headband fits me perfectly. It is nice and snug for me. IF you have a larger head, this could be a bit tight for you.I personally love the bright orange color! And I absolutely recommend this!

Best ear warmer I’ve tried. Thick, plush, soft, warm. Wore it nearly every day while outdoors walking last fall and winter. I wear baseball style hats and this headband has enough stretch in it to fit over the hat and provide full coverage for my ears. I’m a dude, hat size 7 3/8. Hope this helps.

I have gone running out in the cold with this headband, and I love it! It's like a sweatband for my forehead that also keeps my ears warm. It isn't too tight or anything; it's perfectly comfortable. I put it on my 8-year-old daughter, and it actually fits her nicely, too. She liked it and will be wearing it for her early morning soccer warm-ups and games.

This winter headband looks exactly like what I wanted. It is soft and warm. However, unlike one I already had, it is tight and not as comfortable.

I love my headband in the chilly months spent outdoors. I don't always want to wear a full hat when out hiking/running and this is perfect! It keeps my ears warm without making my whole head overheat or get sweaty. It's also small enough that I can roll it up and keep it in my daily bag for those just-in-case times too. Great quality and well made. Turtle Fur is my go-to for outdoor gear. Love it!

The red color is a lot brighter, it's more of a coral red.

The band itself is pretty and warm. However, I hate when the brands' vanity make them attach double unnecessary contrasting tags that itch and are unremovable. Trying to do so, the stitch undid itself and the tag pulled so much on the white earwarmer it did grey looking stains. I am disappointed that for 25 dollars, the company cares more about product visibility than customer comfort.
