Good product. Replaced a previous handle that had worn loose.

Replacement disabled door handle for work. build quality and installation easy and better than what it replaced.

Did the job that was required to replace a toilet handle

Fitted the handle to a restaurant shop fit job, was spot on for the disabled toilet cubicle, would buy from this supplier again no problem

I had to reverse the lock which should have been a simple procedure. But the screws are so small and weak metal that it made it impossible to do. I ended up throwing it all in the bin. Rubbish product. I had to give it a star just to carry on, otherwise it would be nill...

There was a variety of prices / Makers for this item. All seemed good. I had some trouble with installation, but this is most likely not due to the product. ( it was 6 months ago now, I seem to remember not having all the right screws for all the right places, but I compromised with the broken ones spares). If buying again,I might opt to pay more money, not sure. Best attempted by a competant DIYer, or professional.

As above, needed for a replacement of a broken handle.
