Clickit TERRAIN is a high performance car safety harness for high performing dogs, combining Sleepypod’s award-winning travel safety technology with enhanced safety, comfort and control features for everyday use. Clickit TERRAIN was rigorously tested to include the same dynamic crash testing that ensures the performance of child safety restraints. Clickit TERRAIN performed to Sleepypod’s high safety standards. Clickit TERRAIN is light and easy to use without sacrificing safety. New shock absorbing sleeves work with a broad padded vest and patented Infinity Loop design for more safety in the car. The same shock absorbing sleeves make Clickit TERRAIN comfortable for use as an everyday walking harness and also provide better control for the handler. Reflective patches on the harness shoulders can be interchanged with service patches for working dogs. Working dogs and active dogs will benefit from the Clickit TERRAIN design. Size is determined by chest measurement around a dog’s rib cage, just behind the front legs. Clickit TERRAIN is designed for dogs approx. 18 lbs or more. For dogs under that please consider one of SLEEPYPOD’s crash-tested carriers Due to the unique characteristics and body types of Greyhounds, Whippets, Salukis, Afghan Hounds, Borzoi, our harnesses will not work properly on these breeds. We are looking into developing harnesses that will fit them in the near future. In crash tests, Clickit TERRAIN delivers higher performance results than any of its top performing Sleepypod car safety harness predecessors. It reduces the forces on the highly vulnerable chest area by 10%. Clickit TERRAIN was crash tested at the standard for child safety restraints. Chest force data was obtained using Sleepypod’s proprietary crash test dog, DUKE 2.0. Load sensors in the crash test dog’s chest measured the forces when moving forward in a collision. Data collected from these tests revealed a 10% reduction in forces.

Quality harness. Well worth it.
This is a great harness - very strong, fits securely and is much safer for our dog than travelling in the boot.Checked measurements on website and ordered smaller size as instructed which fits really well and is easy to put on. Threading the seatbelt through is tricky but we’re getting better at that. Small price to pay to make sure our dog travels safely.This is a bit more expensive but the quality is excellent and you really can’t compare to cheap flimsy harnesses. I am confident that should I stop suddenly, the force will be distributed as well as possible through the harness and minimising the chance of injury.

Excellent productWe where looking for something that had been crash tested and passed, rather than just a bog standard harness whose reliability to safely restrain a dog had not been tested.After extensive research we decided on this product. We initially ordered the large size but this was too big. More flexible fitting for smaller dogs would be appreciated.
This is a very well made, sturdy harness - better than previous one I had - as it holds it shape and does not fold in half way down the chest. under pressure. Unfortunately although I have a thumping great Jack Russell (he's bigger set than a standard UK JR, being an Australian JR) I cannot adjust it small enough for him - close but not close enough. I measured as advised and got S - which I guess indicates it should fit. Quite why the manufacturers prevent you making it just a bit smaller, I don't know. Otherwise I would have given it a 5*German supplier was attentive and helpful.

Superb Quality Safety Harness & Excellent Seller
I feel much more comfortable knowing that should the worst happen my dog is as safe as possible with this harness. I have recommended this harness and the seller to my dog owning friends & family. The seller couldn’t have been more helpful, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank-you!

DANGEROUS PRODUCT SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE MARKET
Dangerous. I would give it a million minus stars if I could. The product should be taken off the market. Ddespite puting it on my dog correctly and it was the correct fit my dog got tangled in it. It wrapped round its neck while i was driving. If i had braked, my dogs neck would have been broken. Since I bought it, and have now returned it, I have noticed that there are a lot of complaints online about this product. It might pass crash testing but your dog is likley to be seriously injured or killed prir to any car accident happening. Do not buy it!

I just wish that they would add more places to secure the dog. My dog weighs 45 Kilos. I was in a car accident and unfortunately he was tossed around.

Safety first for dogs in the car !
This is my second Sleepypod harness. The screw of both buckles on my first one broke after around a year of heavy use, the sellers replaced the buckles promptly and without fuss. Hence I felt confident to buy another. We drive long distances for holidays & day trips & it is worth every penny to feel confident about my pups safety.
