We used this to seal some panes of glass in a greenhouse.I use the word 'seal' loosely.Because there were a few tubes, we didn't skimp on the usage because we really didn't want any leaks.Unfortunately, the next rainy day water was coming in around some of the sealant. Very disappointed.It seems that when it dries, it goes a little hard and as a result loses it's adhesion to the areas it's covering.It's okay for a temporary fix, but I won't buy it again.

Do not waste your money on this item it is absolutely awful I tried to use it on a new shed I have just completed and it just runs everywhereAnd it does not go off after 2 day we had rain and guess what it washed awayI tried to get help from E roofing but no help at all refused refund on unused itemsStay clear many reputable companies here

Item as expected, good quality arrived on time and reasonable price.

I used this to seal an exposed UPVC window and next day after heavy rains it turned into a mushy dissolving paste and obviously wasn't fit for purpose. So it definately is not for exterior use. Works fine for interior work and under soffits etc. as it sets properly if kept dry.
