Fallout 76: Prima Official Platinum Edition Guide

I'm a little late to the party (only because i never get invited!) but better late than never, amirite? This book has everything that you need to know to succeed in Fallout 76. From stats to maps to tips... it's all here.

As a longtime Fallout fan, I pre-ordered Fallout 76 and this strategy guide. I could hardly wait for it to arrive on release day, but arrive it did. It was hugely helpful as the game was brand new and as such, fan wikis didn't yet exist. Even three months after the game was released, there's so much information that hasn't been updated on the wikis. This guide gave me a real edge and helped me breeze through quests, make the most of the new perk card system, and track down everything from bobbleheads to power armor. It was especially helpful when I was trying to get the magazine trophy. I think I can credit this guide at least in part for my platinum trophy on PS4! Although I've completed all quests, events, and side missions, I still refer back to the guide when helping out newer players who need a seasoned escort through the wastes. Definitely a worthy investment and I'm glad I ordered it. Obviously a lot of the content can now be found by Googling but as far as I know, there is no single resource out there as comprehensive and useful as this guide.

This book was written when the game was in alpha. Many changes have been made, so it is not 100% accurate to the current game, but it is still extremely helpful and detailed. The included map is a nice addition to the book, it compliments it well. The binding and the pages are of good quality as well. I bought this book with the game when it first came out. I had to replace it, as I lost it when I moved which was quite unfortunate because my original book was still in mint condition even after years of almost daily use. I trust that this book will be just as sturdy and long lasting.

The product arrived ahead of time, which is a good point. When I pre-ordered it, the estimated date of arrival was 5 dec. Then, when it was out for delivery, the arrival date was 23 nov. Finally, it arrived on 21 nov. Btw, I ordered it from Singapore. First, the book. The book arrived in good condition. The book's content is good. It gives a lot of stats to weapons, apparels, power armor, junk, creatures etc. The book also gave a number of good tips for all the quests in the game. The book feels very high quality. I only wish the front cover was printed with the T-51 power armor picture instead of this plain design. This product also comes together with the digital version on primagames, so you can access the guide on your mobile and pc with internet connection. However, the map was slightly torn when it arrived, which was a bummer. Otherwise, great map. Take note, the map is huge and it can't be made a poster as the map is printed on both sides of the paper. One side indicating the primary locations and the other side indicating the secondary locations in Appalachia. It would've been better if it was printed on 2 pieces of paper so that I can put it on my wall. My compliments to the writer and publisher of the book and map.

Great condition! Especially for the price, it was exactly what I was looking for. I was about to buy a map poster, but then I (thankfully) decided to look into the Survival Guide and compare prices online. The book is just about perfect (I noticed a small - maybe less than one inch - little slice on the bottom backside of the spine, probably from a box cutter? But, it 100% doesn’t affect the use of the book or how it looks on my shelf, lol) and the poster was pristine. It also came with the digital version code, which I have yet to use. I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and have already found the guide to be helpful, even though I’m just now using it at level 31. The internet is great for finding a lot of helpful tips for the game, but the book is still an invaluable tool, even with the recent updates. I personally enjoy having something tangible to look at and work with. Also, it’s much heavier than I had anticipated, and the edge of the pages are color coded like old school dictionaries, making it easy to flip through different sections.

I preordered this book, so when I received it, it was a godsend because it tells you what loot you should expect to find, what enemies, etc. It won’t be accurate on what levels the enemies will be, however - only estimates given on which region of the map you’re in. But the descriptions of the locations are very accurate, including what level locks and terminals you come across. It even has a section on quests and side quests and where to find them and how to complete them. There’s even maps and descriptions of minor locations, even if it’s just a tent or a car accident on the road. Definitely a good resource if you’re trying to figure out where to get materials without having to buy them from a vendor.

Fallout classic came with a guide book, spiral bound, explaining how to play and how to build the special system character. This was more commonly referred to as a game manual, but interplay got it right for their masterpiece. This is the next best thing to that standard to which only the best classic games adhered. Although this game is constantly being improved and therefore the info we see in the book has only limited usefulness, the value of this is in both archival and in being able to fully experience the depth of a gaming setting. I’ve already used the book several times to understand elements of the later game so I can build my level up skills and decisions, as well as find a few pieces of directions while exploring side quest content.

Trae cosas interesantes por el precio: viene en una especie de estuche grueso, contiene la guía en tapa dura de más de 500 páginas la cual viene con lujo de detalle sobre todos los aspectos del juego y la calidad de la impresión es excelente. Ademas, trae consigo un código para descargar la guía en digital, dos libreta pequeñas, varias postales de "west Virginia" y unas especies de porta vasos con los logos de cerveza del juego, un mapa del juego de doble cara con leyenda y f finalmente, una impresión de arte conceptual del juego con número de serie. En definitiva, una edición coleccionista a un precio bueno

The book itself is a lot bigger then I expected it to be. I’ve played the other fall out games and this would have been very handy to have with them so hoping my husband will appreciate it at Christmas when he gets this and the game. It has so much detail in and is a must have for fallout fans. I paid £10.49 for the book which I feel is a very fair price. Delivered early too.

Ich denke mal zu dem ganzen FO76 Debakel muss ich nichts mehr sagen. Sagen wir dass dieses Spiel einfach unter den Erwartungen geblieben ist. Aber darum geht es hier jetzt mal nicht. Hier geht es um den Official Platinum Edition Guide und ganz ehrlich? Das Teil ist der Hammer! Alles ist sehr hochwertig und ausführlich und ein paar extra Sachen, wie eine qualitative große Karte, liegen auch dabei. Allgemein war das Release Date zwar lange Zeit nicht ganz klar bzw. hat sich von der einen Wochen auf die nächste geändert aber macht nichts. Denke mal man hat versucht das Produkt so gut wie möglich zu machen. Auch hat man hier mit dem Release des Spiels etwas gewartet, um die Sachen noch ausführlicher beschreiben zu können. Finde es allgemein sehr gelungen und definitiv einer meiner absoluten Lieblings-Guides bis jetzt. Es ist nur Schade dass das Spiel dazu so unterdurchschnittlich ist. Ich hoffe Bethesda rüstet da noch nach aber aktuell gibt es ja nur schlechte Schlagzeilen. Ich hab sonst absolut nichts zu beanstanden und habe genau das bekommen was ich erwartet habe. Definitiv seine 50 Euro Wert und besser als das "andere" Buch von Bandai Namco. Man sollte aber erwähnen das ALLES auf Englisch ist! Ich persönlich finde das sogar besser aber Leute die Deutsch erwarten werden enttäuscht sein.
