Pakco Masala Curry Powder 100g

I love to make curry based on the Durban style. But that is very dependent on the curry powder. I usually bring some back when I visit SA but have now run out. This stuff is amazing and makes a beautiful spicy but tasty Durban style masala curry!

You can’t go wrong with this Masala. My family have been using it for years and the taste and flavours never let us down. It’s a bit on the hot side as In it’s not a mild Masala but you can control the heat when you cooking. I would Highly recommend it any day

Pretty universal shop-bought curry powder in South Africa, with a distinctive flavour profile. (Though most curry-heads will buy pots of shop blends of powder) I find this blend works well for Pav Bhaji and similar dishes.

As a South African, I have always had this spice in my cupboards and have found not other as a substitute. It gives a fabulous flavour without burning the roof of your mouth! A MUST have in my kitchen!

I used this in South Africa so happy to have ordered it here in UK. I used it for chicken and roast potatoes and curry. Add a bit of lime or lemon pickle and its the best

Lovely masala makes a great curry. Just add chilli's if you like it hot.
