Lovely bottarga
Really good quality. Perfect colour and taste.Would strongly recommend . Can’t be faulted . Bought 2 the first time and then some . I love bottarga as it reminds me of the days when my late family friend who used to come visit and bring us a ton of these when I was young !

Delicious!
Delicious, and, though I don't have a huge amount of Bottarga experience, good quality, I think. It certainly grates smoothly with the parmesan grater and turns scrambled eggs into something sublime. Will definitely be ordering again!

Will definitely be buying again
I had never bought bottarga online before and was a bit worried that it would not live up to my expectations. I absolutely love this product, it’s flavor and color are just fantastic. In the picture, our breakfast with asparagus and scrambled eggs with bottarga on top

A little goes a long way
I wanted to try this product as it was new to me. When I received it I found myself in a situation where I did not really know what to do with it. I ended up grating it over cheese on biscuits. If you like salty, savoury additions to food it is great. You only need a little bit. I love it but would not be buying it regularly.
