I cannot be without homeopathic tissue salts. Tissue salts are salts naturally occurring in our body and the depletion of which can cause diseases. Supplementing with tissue salts is a great way to keep your body in balance. That being said I use ferrum phos mainly for anemia. This is so great for anemia, you don't need iron supplements, see for yourself,take it continuously for sometime and go get tested for your iron levels!. Another way I use it is for cold, fevers , sore throat etc. It helps tremendously, for high fever I Supplement this along with Belladonna 200 and that's the magic remedy , you don't need to take tylenol/ aspirin/ ibuprofen whatever stuff is out there. Oh ,I only use homeopathy for my family , don't let anyone tell you it doesnt work, use and see for yourself. I am extremely careful about what I use for my health and my family's.

I was researching alternative methods to add to help my cat who was sick get better and this was recommended. It was easy to mix in his food without him noticing(tasteless and odorless) and then when I had allergies, I tried these and found they worked! No medicine has ever helped my allergies or cold symptoms. This does. Sometimes i have to take a few doses but i now buy this on a regular basis. As for my cat, I believe it helped him too but i was using several methods to help him heal and he has gotten better but i can't attribute it to a single source except that I would use these for again as well.

New ownership of Hylands has stop making this fantastic product. Their replacement doesn’t even have the same ingredients and doesn’t work. A big loss for old Hylands natural products. Same for the original Sleep product, doesn’t work and has different ingredients. Very sad.

Tried to use for a sinus infection. Not sure they worked. But not sure I took them four times daily either. Would try again.

Cell salts were recommended to me by an African Dr. trained in Germany. At the time I thought he was a quack, but tried them anyway. Wow, I found these cell salts to work like magic! Google them. They were discovered by a Dr in the late 1800's and come in numbers 1 - 12 and the number selected is dependent on the ailment. I take #4, #10, and when I am feeling "under the weather" I take one tab containing all twelve. Personally, I've Struggled with immune issues, especially painful swollen glands and fatigue for 10 years. I'd suffer for days and days with swollen lymph nodes under my jaw, especially during allergy season. Initially, I took these three times a day for months and symptoms gradually disappeared. Now, I only take them when symptoms appear, I pop 3 or 4 under my tongue and the symptoms disappear within a few minutes to an hour. I don't take them again, unless symptoms reappear which, to be clear, is now quite seldom.

This stuff works!!! Helped my toddler breathe easily after a bad cold and her nose was super inflamed and breathing was difficult. Within a couple doses 15 min apart breathing was obviously easier. Now I'm using it for myself. This is now a must have in our medicine cabinet.
