cooked with clams, shrimp, mussels and lobster...made a terrific seafood stew. Must cook for at least 20 minutes otherwise their too hard. Love the product but it is quite expensive. Could buy 7 lbs of pasta for what 1 lb of fregula costs.

This was absolutely delicious but it's very costly for a grain dish. Will only use it for special dishes because of the cost.

Product is good. I failed to shop around first and later discovered the price is ridiculously high.

Wonderful pasta - great texture. Wonderful in soups or plain mixed with some butter. I do find that it cooks longer than the suggested cooking time.

I would not buy this product because its listing here does not have the nutrition data label visible. I am surprised that it is legal for Amazon to advertise food for sale without making the label visible. I am surprised that whoever is offering this for sale didn't add the nutrition label as part of their sales pitch.

The fregula pasta is really tasty. I made a salad with citrus using the fregula and recipe from Giada. All my guests were most complimentary. It's a great new taste for me.

Just delicious. Cooks up perfectly.

An item that is not available in my area so I was glad to have seen it on Amazon. This boils up and can be used as a bread substitute in panzanella salad, use in soups, with seafood
